Ok I come to this McDonald’s like every day to get an iced coffee and morning shift is always awesome and they know me I love Ms.Tiffany especially! They will give me refill on my sweet tea if I get one in the drive-Thru and they are so sweet and polite. but I’m giving a one star because of Bobby that works both shifts she is very rude she would not give me a refill of sweet tea I came to the drive-thru tonight and I saw her fill up my sweet tea she didn’t feel it up all the way. I didn’t wanna be a Karen customer and be like can you fill this up all the way I was just gonna go get refill. I’m very dissatisfied! But I really appreciate morning shift y’all are always so kind Mrs Evelyn always has a smile on her face!

IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE A MOBILE ORDER BE UNAVAILABLE AFTER A CERTAIN HOUR FOR A 24/7 LOCATION. I WAITED 15 MINUTES IN LINE JUST TO GET TO THE WINDOW AT EXACTLY 11PM TO BE TOLD THAT MY MOBILE ORDER WAS UNABLE TO BE SEEN. WHY IS THAT A THING?? ITS RIDICULOUS THAT THERE IS A CUTOFF TIME FOR MOBILE ORDERS TO BE SEEN WHEN THERE IS NO WAY FOR A CUSTOMER TO KNOW THAT! THERE SHOULD A WARNING FOR CUSTOMERS THAT MOBILE ORDERING WONT BE AVAILABLE FOR LOCATIONS AT A CERTAIN HOUR. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO FIND THAT OUT AFTER SITTING IN LINE JUST TO BE DENIED AND TOLD MY REFUND WOULD GO BACK TO MY CARD "EVENTUALLY". MCDONALD'S IS A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY WITHBTHE ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE EVER SEEN.

The staff were not doing their jobs. One stayed on her phone.A man in front of me, they got his order wrong. He asked to see the manager, and when she came to the front, she was cursing at the employees. Very unprofessional.

Milkshake machine always down so I wasn't able to purchase a Milkshake for my niece...and that was around 8:45
The staff is the most rudest set of people I've ever met. Told them exactly what I wanted and still got it wrong. When i tried to correct them about it all I got was a messed up face and a reply of what the cashier put in. Go anywhere else but here.
