I tried to call the location to let them know - just in case they need to clean out / check something, but they put me on hold for ten minutes and then hung up on me.
So I’m just going to warn everyone who sees this. This was at the airport location in Columbus.

Simply put it's the horrible service. Always look in your bag, they had some horrible person at window that can't understand English! Why?

The workers are SLOW moving. They don’t acknowledge you even when you stand there for quite awhile. Coke machines aren’t all working. I was disappointed. Haven’t been to this one for awhile and thought I’d give them a try. Not any better sad to say.

I ordered my meal with a large chocolate milkshake when I got to the window and received my order she handed me a drink. I told her that I asked for a chocolate milkshake. Shake explained to me that they didn’t have any chocolate milkshakes and proceeded to slam the door window in my face. I guess I just got whatever she gave me or decided she thought I needed to drink if I would have known that I would love chocolate milkshake I would’ve canceled my order and went somewhere else. Needless to say I’m pissed.

I am including my date and time going through the drive thru because I didn’t catch names but I really feel like this woman deserves a shout out! I visited this location on 10/8 around 8:30am. The woman that took my order was so pleasant. Even more so when I got to the window to pay. I let her know how pleasant she was for an early morning! The pick up window was just as nice but the first impression starting with ordering was so nice in a world of so much chaos. She definitely deserves a shout out!
