We had a great experience at the Airport Thruway McDonalds. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Fast service and clean. Even friendly than Chick-fil-A and I love my Chick-fil-A too.

The absolute rudest workers I've ever encountered. They ignore you at the register and force you to order on the do it yourself screen then have zero manners when the bring out your food. Also, was forced to listen to their employee meeting in the dining area. McDonald's as a whole has gone down hill.

Bad, bad service. Had to wait 1/2 hour for my curbside order. At the end I had to walk in to the store. Greasy floor and dirty kitchen. Employes don't care about costumers inside. Airport thruway was one of my favorites stores, not anymore.

Shorted me on 2 orders of 6 piece McNuggets.. I’ve got a degree l, I know how to count to 6. I’ve known how to count to 6 since I was 5 years old. The dumb workers gave me 2 6 piece McNuggets with 5 in each box. I ordered 12 because I wanted 12 not 10. I guess they work in fast food for a reason, counting to 6 is too hard for them.
When I placed my order at this location through the mobile app, I accidentally set it for counter pickup and didn't realize it until the drive thru worker said something. She said it was ok just to let them know I had the inside order and to go ahead and pull around. I get to the pick up window and explain it to the guy. And he also said it was no problem that it happens often. I'm the process of him grabbing my order some rude manager decided to tell "tell them next time they have to actually get out of their car and come inside for their pick up order". Highly unacceptable. Probably the same woman last week that was standing around with her thumb up her backside talking to her friend while customers were trying to ask her for condiments.

Hi I just wanted someone to know the first bathroom stall in woman's restroom smells a strong scent of urine. I've been in several times this week. I hope someone will clean that up soon.

This place is by far the worst I've seen. You will be asked to pull forward at the drive through windows even when your the only car there, padding there numbers since your not at the windows for the timer. Management does nothing. They also leave you sitting forever. Then to cap it off your food will be delivered cold 🥶. Stay away
