This morning, October 18, 2019, I had one of the best Customer Service experiences in many years. However, it was the FIRST " best" customer service experience for me at a Columbus McDonald's EVER!! At the counter was a young lady named Hailey. She took my order, repeated my order back to me for confirmation and, even brought it out to me.
