I try to only eat McDonald 2 to 4 times a month at most. This one is most convenient but the food has been going downhill for several months now. It tastes and looks like the burgers have been sitting for hours. By the time it gets home it isn’t nearly as warm as it used to be just months prior. The cheese is dried or not melted at all but mostly seems heated and left for hours. Condiments and toppings are uneven or only in one or two bites, mostly with little condiments or a bunch slapped in one place but seems it sat while under a light and some of it dried. Got o a different McDonald’s. It is pretty obvious just from the food that there is no effort at this one.

Get ready for the worst fries I’ve ever had at McDonald’s in my entire life. If anyone goes for McDonald’s, it’s typically for the fries. It sure isn’t for anything healthy. I want a nice treat and eat some garbage and can’t even achieve that. Floppy and mushy. Absolutely terrible. They’re in the oven as we speak trying to get them crispy enough to eat just ridiculous and don’t even get me started on how the monopoly game points that I’ve saved for ever. We’re all lost because of a glitch in the game. I’ve probably eaten at McDonald’s for the last time.
Went there today got some ice cream and they didn’t mix it correctly or add the right products into our ice creams they put coffee mix into them you can obviously tell that chocolate isn’t the normal fudge chocolate and when I called to see about a refund or remake they hung up the phone and sent me to voicemail. Terrible service terrible food would like to speak with a manager!

Ordered mobile order and had my son pick it up. They forgot the drink that comes with the happy meal, no cheese on the hamburger, no extra fry. Fries were cold and soggy. Did not read or get anything that ordered correct.

If your not drive thru or door dash they don’t care about you everyone will get there food before you just so they don’t have long wait times they take your order off the screen and never have receipt paper in the kiosk so you can’t leave a bad review

When I come to this McDonalds there is always a wait. & they are not accommodating or anything. I literally went to a fast food place to avoid getting out the car and I still had to get out because they had me parked for at least 10-15 minutes. Then to make things worse cars that were behind me were getting their food and driving off.
