I get it. It’s McDonald’s….my expectations should be low. But even at that, this is ridiculous. I ordered a fish sandwich that only had half a piece of cheese on it. McDonald’s sucks…all locations. No pride in anything anymore.

I would not recommend this place at all their was some lady that come in there her name is Jett , they said she was the boss but she walked in yelling in front of us and the customer around us at a employee that she was talking to much . They don’t care to handle people food out but have time to loud at employees in front of customer don’t recommend

I am a regular McDonald’s customer and usually have a decent experience, but this visit was frustrating. I placed order #1903 on July 28, 2025 at 7:03AM and picked up breakfast for my family. I live 20 minutes away in Harris County, so I waited until I got home to eat. That’s when I noticed most of the order was wrong.
The Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel was missing the egg completely. I also ordered a Spicy Egg McMuffin and received a Spicy Sausage McMuffin with no egg. The family member that ordered the egg McMuffin doesn’t eat sausage, so that item went to waste. The only parts of the order that were correct were the two burritos and the BEC bagel.
While the food that was made tasted okay, the order mistakes really affected the whole experience. For what I’m paying, I expect more attention to detail. It’s frustrating to drive that far only to end up with the wrong food, especially when it impacts my whole family’s meal.

Absolute worst customer service in columbus, orders are barely right, got my food several times at pickup and they would forget my drink.. I would tell them they forgot it.. they would say OK and never come back outside... I have sat in my car many times 15 minutes waiting for a curbside order that they mess up and I usually have to go in and get anyways... happened more than 1 occasion. Done with this mcdonalds..

Visited here twice this weekend, 1st Visit it took over 20 minutes in the drive through, and I'm being charged the same for 4 piece happy meal as a 6 piece happy meal, 2nd visit went inside place smells like cigarette smoke and my recieved no toy in his happy meal, worst McDonald's ever!
