If I could put this as zero stars, I Would. I went through the drive thru this evening and got both of my kiddos happy meals. My four year old likes to hold the whole box herself and eat that way. I handed it to her and started to head home. It was dark outside, therefore it was dark in my car. She then starts screaming “WHAT IS THIS?! My mouth hurts!!! HELP!!” Instead of a four count nugget, they gave her a box of habanero sauce in her HAPPY MEAL. I went back inside and demanded a manager four different times to no avail. All I received was a sorry. My daughter screamed for over thirty minutes in pain and then proceeded to get sick all in her car seat and all in the backseat near her. I will not be returning to this location as all they offered was half an apology and that was that……….

drink machine is always down. asked for sweet tea, got unsweet. ordered a $5 meal deal was pulled up for 5+ minutes for fresh value fry but burger was cold, hard like it had been sitting for atleast an hour. nuggets were definitely not fresh.

this is by far, the WORST McDonalds in columbus. the food is NEVER fresh, they have the worst fries in mcdonalds history. they always cold, always over cooked. 1 of 5 visit a week will the drink machine be working. food taste like the cook over preps and the burgers are hard, nuggets are fried hard with a leftover taste.

This morning I came in for breakfast and noticed a sign posted outside stating “No Ice.” It later became clear that the sign was not about a broken ice machine, but was intended to send a message that federal ICE agents were not welcome to eat at the restaurant. Employees at this location do not have the authority or the right to post or enforce political beliefs in a place of business, nor to single out or deny service based on personal views. That behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning to this location or to McDonald’s in general.

Straight Trash! Ordered a steak & egg muffin. They gave me sandwich stuffed with egg shells. This McDonald's is lost!! Don't go to this location, go to the one on Bradley pkwy. They care about what they serve you and it tasts 100×better

I ordered 2 10 count chicken nugget nuggets, and got four cheeseburgers with a large Sprite and a large sweet tea, I waited there for 30 minutes to an hour never got my sweet tea and no one helped me to figure out what I was trying to get and while I was standing there waiting
