This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Last month the kiosk didn't allow me to pay and told me to walk up front to the cashier. There was a paper sign at the front saying use the kiosk. I stood at the register for 5 min and no employee acknowledged me to let me PAY for the order.
My wife tried them again today. Stood up front to order for 4 minutes and nothing from the employees. I will boycott McDonalds from now on.

Easily the worst McDonalds in Columbus. Service is terrible and food is meh. Today I made the mistake of stopping here. Didn’t feel like driving to Bradley Park. Been waiting for a breakfast sandwich for 15 minutes so far. If they can’t do better they should just close this one down.

Came in with 2 grandchildren and ordered a 6 PC nugget happy meal from the menu board and was told that was no longer available. WTH! So I had to order a separate 6 PC order on the side in addition to the two happy meals to get enough nuggets. Then I ordered a sweet tea for myself. Menu board says it is $1.29. I was charged $1.99. When I filled my cup with tea I found it was unsweetened. Took my cup to the counter for a refill and was told "oh yeah " we only have unsweetened out there. Worst McDonalds Ever!

Gotta love paying 3.89 (before taxes) on a half filled large fry. Drive thru takes forever for a simple mobile order, I tried to add something to my order only to find it was cash only.
Stuck in drive through, 2nd car from pay window, for over 10 minutes. I left without my food.
