Went to the McDonald’s to get my McRib meal before I went to work. My friends were cold and nasty got myself a sandwich as for no pickles still got pickles, but no onions. Every time I go up there they mess up my order. A lot of people have problems with their. I’ve been going there since I was 16 years old. I worked at that location so I don’t know what’s going on in that restaurant but it needs to get fixed.

Took every bit of 15 min to get my order for 2 fish sandwiches, 1 Big Mac and 2 fries. Floor was filthy and unkept. Manager noticed me looking and then proceeded to sweep the floor up himself. Store was not busy at the time.

I came through the drive-through and ordered two cheeseburgers paid and get to the second window in the lady said cheeseburger with no onions. I said no two regular cheeseburgers and I just opened up a burger and started eating it. It had no onions and it didn’t even have any mustard Or ketchup on it so instead of giving me two regular burgers, she went ahead and gave me that one with no onions so obviously somebody other said just go ahead and give it to him and he’ll eat it anyways not happy

Not enough service no greeting or anything. You just stand there until someone decides to take your order.. Ask for something as simple as a double Cheeseburger add mayo.. They put enough mayo on the sandwich for the next 20 orders.. Definitely need more training..

AskMe Nosey (Yea Aight)

I ordered a chicken wrap meal and when I was eating my fries at the bottom of the fries was a cigarette. I called this location for 30 minutes and no answered. I drove back to the location andI spoke with the manager who was debating with me about a cigarette in my fries. She claimed the phones were broke and it stopped working today. She said she dont know what I could have done to the fries, instead of saying this is a health risk or food comanation hazard and took the correct steps to correct the problem. She said nobody there smokes cigarettes and I clearly seem an associate smoking near the dumpster. She did offer to replace my fries but I refused the offer because replacing the fries does not mean She cleaned and sanitized the frie station. Not sure why the manager did not or could not believe I was given a cigarette at the bottom of my fries and tried to make me feel like I put it there or someone I know. The manager needs training on dealing with complaint relating to food contamination. This could lead too a health concerns if the person who had the cigarette had some kind of disease.

Now the manager is definitely a sweetheart, professional, and friendly as usual. She handled the situation the best she knew how I suppose. There should be guidelines for all managers to follow when dealing with contaminated food complaints. There was nothing the manager said or done that reassure me that McDonald's did not put a cigarette in my fries except for she been working since 7. Also the conversation should not have been held in front of customers. I go to this location daily for coffee. Maybe I should go only for coffee since this location has not type of procedures to follow when someone food is contaminated. The manager took the fries and the receipt where I paid for my food and put it in the trash so I could not report the location to a health inspector. However she pictures and stated she will show management..

Had a mobile order for 4 double cheeseburgers received 4 regular cheeseburgers with 2 slices of cheese I’m not sure how you mess that up but the one time I don’t check my order because it seemed self explanatory it was wrong . I don’t live close so the whole situation was very inconvenient.

I love sweet tea but lately it is so watered down that you can't taste the tea. I ordered a caramel macchiato with a dash of mocha. What I got was disappointing. Entirely too much mocha. When I asked if order was correct, server had attitude, so I just trashed it. I'll make my own from now on.
