Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, received a steak and egg and cheese bagel that had someone’s CHEWED GUM on it! I wasn’t chewing any gum!

Had a mobile order for 4 double cheeseburgers received 4 regular cheeseburgers with 2 slices of cheese I’m not sure how you mess that up but the one time I don’t check my order because it seemed self explanatory it was wrong . I don’t live close so the whole situation was very inconvenient.

I love sweet tea but lately it is so watered down that you can't taste the tea. I ordered a caramel macchiato with a dash of mocha. What I got was disappointing. Entirely too much mocha. When I asked if order was correct, server had attitude, so I just trashed it. I'll make my own from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! This McDonald’s was my go to for a while until today. I have never been treated the way I was treated by a manager nonetheless. They messed up my order and I had to go through the drive thru again. So the manager (very rude and nasty) tells an employee to tell me to move up and park. I park in a curbside pickup spot ( mind you there are 5 spots) to feed my now fussy newborn child. 5-6 mins later, the manager comes out with my bag and starts fussing about where I parked at. I’m like are you serious? I had to feed my baby and for our safety I pulled into a spot. At this point she’s using the parking spot as a scapegoat to let out her frustrations with her staff on me. I was offended by her unprofessional behavior and thank goodness my children were with me because she would’ve got cussed out. They don’t have to worry about me ever going back to that location. They need to fire that manager or give her more training on professionalism and leadership skills. She is severely lacking in both areas!

If i could give this establishment 0 stars i would GLADLY. Placed an online order for a single McChicken for pickup on my break which i only have limited time so i order online. Stood in line for 25mins and had 5 other customers place their orders and get their food before any employee decided to ask what i was waiting for. Stood there for 25mins just to be told they didnt have my order if id like to place a new one. I used my points i had saved up for that order and when i looked at the app i got a notification that my order was placed, my points were deducted, but yet i waited for absolutely nothing. One of the customers who managed to get their order before me apparently knew the cashier because when asked a question the cashier replyed witha racial slur which is amazingly bold. Ive had my fare share of poor experiences at restaurants but this has been by far my worst experience, congratz

I have set outside for 30 mins for two sandwiches for them to mess up my order and bring me out one sandwich during breakfast. Today I sent my boyfriend to go grab me some food and did it by mobile order so that it would be easy the gentleman at the front was very rude to him and it escalated from there. I’m not saying take peoples crap but there is a way to handle business when you on that register instead of arguing with the customer listen ?? to them my bf first language isn’t English and I don’t know if it’s the small town mentality that makes folks so ignorant to having respectful conversations but please do better. It’s clear that the fast food industry is crappy now and McDonalds is number one on that list
