Even living in Atlanta, I couldn't find a Jamaican that came even remotely close to Mercy's. I will drive an hour to two hours to get Mercy's. My fave is the 3 meat combo with brown stew chicken, jerk chicken and oxtail. Peas and rice are complimentary with every entree so my 2 sides are always cabbage and collards. I went there today for the first time. The young lady at the register was very informative, cordial and polite. Of course, I ordered the oxtails, that’s how I gage my first time visit to a Jamaican restaurant. Especially when they claim the title as being the best.
