Servers were very nice; however, it took a while to get my food. Not only that, the food looked like it had not been changed in a while and the ice machine was broken. Me and my friend both threw our entrees out because it tasted weird.

While getting food today at Moe’s, I see that the promotion is for a bogo bowl as advertised. While trying to understand the promotion, a worker in the location had a terrible attitude, fought with multiple people including me, snapped at another worker, and dumped food on my plate. She was not helpful nor insightful and caused chaos for nothing. She is an African American female, bun in her hair, with a gap working at 12pm Thursday afternoon, i wish I would have gotten her name. This was the absolute worst interaction I’ve ever experienced by anybody and any employee EVER. I would never go to this location, poor isn’t even the word.

This place is awful if i could leave no stars I would i tried this location 2 times each time my rice is hard like is it even cooked and so it the chickenI got a bowl the first time thinking maybe i went on a bad day rice was hard and meat was dry and awfulToday i got a burrito and gave the bowl another shot again i was disappointed like they got to figure out how to keep the meat hot and rice from getting hardDisappointed again i cant eat my food

Mickie, Jamya and Jariah were winderful...!! These three women make a power team and all deserve a pat on the back!! Whatever you are paying them couldn't possibly be enough!! I could tell they were a little stressed from the previous guest when we walked in. But they maintained a level of professionalism most wouldn't. I would steal them and have them come work for me if I was given half the chance!. The food was not as good as I remember, but their friendly service made it worth my time! I will be back. Maybe I will try something different from the menu next time.

Went to Moes in Midland to grab lunch for the family. Employee building our meals seemed very new perhaps and the serving sizes were very scarse compared to any other time we have been to any Moes location. We ordered multiple burritos and bowls and noone informed us that they had no lettuce until almost everything was completed. Seriously.....why would you not inform customers that you are out of something before they order?! Lettuce is always a staple in all our orders. So not only were we short changed on serving amounts, but now no lettuce....these were by far the smallest burritos and bowls were have ever received from Moes. Extremely disappointed and most likely will never return to this location!

There was an issue with a mobile order that I had placed a few days ago. I came to the Midland store to see what could be done.I was absolutely blown away at the level of professionalism and kindness the manager on shift, Sam, had with the problem. He understood the issue and even offered kind words after its resolution. I don't come to Moe's, because I don't live close enough; however, if Sam continues to perform the way he did, not only will I drive the 30 mins to eat here, I will tell of my experience to anyone who will listen.Thank you for hiring wonderful individuals! Go Sam!

Moe's, in general, has been a reasonable decent place to eat it, over the years. This was first visit to this location. Unfortunately, it ended up being a disappointing experience. I was there from 12:23pm on a Saturday. There was no crowd at all, only 4-5 people dining inside and no lengthy line. I noted right off that there were a few young boys just hanging out in the dining room, just farting around, blowing straw wrappers at each other, etc. But when I got my food, I noted them still present with no adult accompanying them. They were apparently the children of some employee who brought them to work! What an awful thing to do to 10-12-year-old boys. They were quite obnoxious. The food was disappointingly lukewarm. The meat was barely warm and the lettuce was borderline flat and wilted. The service was scattered. One employee was busting her hiney making food, while the two male "workers" mostly stood around, texting, staring off into space, and so on. I had to ask for napkins (empty dispenser) as well as salt (container empty) and I noted a mess under my table of spilled salsa (?) that appeared to have been there quite a while. The overall "mood" of the place was sorely lacking, compared to other locations throughout the south that I've visited.

Very poor service. Food was decent. The guy putting food together had headphones in and was borderline rude. He then overcharged me for putting queso on my burrito. He charged me for a whole queso. It’s been couple years since I’ve been here but I won’t be planning to come back.
