Stopped in for lunch. Quick service and all food was hot and fresh. Had a Cuban w/ mojo dip and it was delicious. Good value and great for a quick stop or to sit outside and enjoy.

I don’t know if them men employees were frustrated today or not, but everything I requested, they seems to have attitude. If I spend my money I should be able to get great customer service. I’m a restaurant worker myself, and I understand frustration sometimes but they get paid to make sure their customers get the best customer service and return at the same location. ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION ON BROADWAY. Customer Service was so unprofessional that I didn’t even have the taste for it anymore. I should have ask for a refund but I was hungry…

I'm not quite sure how somebody else came up with those reviews but mine is stellar because I know what to ask and how to ask for it. I suggest you do the same or you can consider yourself a mediocre service receiver from here on out.

Incredibly disappointing visit to Momma Goldbergs for lunch. Got a takeout salad. Couldn't order a pickle to go with it, as they were out. Learned that when the employee running the kitchen came up to the cashier and bitched her out for selling whole pickles since they were out, a fact the cashier seemed to not be aware. Same employee also seemed to be treating her subordinates in the kitchen terribly, berating them loudly for all customers to easily hear. Once I got my salad, I checked for a fork, grabbed some napkins and left. Opened the salad to discover a pitiful amount of finely chopped and shredded chicken on top of terribly chopped vegetables, some of which bigger than my hand. Even the red onion was in bigger pieces than the chicken obviously just thrown on there. Don't feel like going back when $15 gives me a cup full of ice, a miserable salad and a free show of employees who obviously don't want to be there. Sad as I used to thoroughly enjoy a lunch from Momma Goldbergs just a few years ago during my Auburn student days.

Great food once again and awesome service!! Every time I come to town from Atlanta for business, I stop at this location because of the way I get treated in the quality of the food. It’s the best sandwich and salads in town.
Monica & Annajoi were the people I dealt with today and they were absolutely awesome. My order was perfect and they were real pleasant. Good to see a smiling face.
I will be back anytime I am in Columbus

The worst. Traveling through and ordered online. Their website said no fee for pickup but charged $2.77 fee at checkout. The Ruben bread was not toasted and had only a smear of dressing and hardly any sauerkraut. Order a side of potato salad that was maybe a third of a cup…almost $3.00!

Unfortunately the staff seems absolutely miserable. Manager seems extremely rude and difficult to work with. Setting up an awful vibe for everyone, including the customers. Sandwich’s were OK. But the workers just made the experience so upsetting.
