We eat there often. Never had a bad serving of meat there. Always good. But, let me tell you about their new server Ashlee (sp) He is phenomenal. Very friendly, and makes you feel welcomed, not like you are a bother. Food (special request) is always exactly as we requested. Keeps the delicious tea flowing.

The atmosphere was ok. Service was alright. Food lacked again. Cooked onions were not cooked at all. Brought out wrong side. Other side was not cooked all the way.Need new kitchen cooks or new Management.

Tim was very professional friendly and ensured our experience was top notch. He is very good at his job customer service and people skills are amazing.. to the top boss that sees this please give Tim a raise.. I eat at places all over the country as a truck driver and Tim is be far one of the best in the lower 48 and Alaska combined..

Monday night suppertime was generally low volume noise, waiters assisting each other, and service was prompt. Server made sure I knew he was returning to take my order as he passed by with hands full of used dishes. He also alerted that he would return with more water. Few non-dairy desserts without chocolate so settled for more yeast rolls. Hot bread is always good.

A Louisiana sirloin with broccoli and loaded smashed potatoes is my favorite meal to order here at O Charley's. The bartender, Tim, is one of the best bartenders I've ever met and made excellent strawberry margaritas. Will definitely be back soon to eat dinner and say hey to the great staff.

Good food, and when I've been here before the service has been good... NOT last night. A group of ten of us had dinner together. We had called in and told them ahead of time that we would have a group, but no one seemed aware of it when we arrived (at 5:45.) Not a problem, though, because they were not really very busy.I ordered a Blue Moon draft; about 10 minutes later the waitress came back to tell me that they were out of that, so I switched to a Stella, which took another 10 minutes to arrive. After the rest of the group arrived, the waitress was a bit slow to come back and take our food orders (not unreasonably so) but had a lot of trouble understanding how the tickets were to be split. We told her several times to bring a ticket to each woman (we had four couples and two single women, so it would be six tickets; this is not rocket science.) Even though the food took a while to arrive, the first one of our group to order didn't receive his food (a simple plate of chicken tenders and fries) until the rest of us had almost finished eating. There was no apology or explanation for this. After he had finished, we told her we'd like our free pie slices (it was Wednesday) in to-go boxes, and to also bring the checks. About 20 minutes later, she brought the pies slices on plates, and informed us that they could not be served to go. If she had simply told us that, we would have told her not to bother bringing them. But since they she had, we proceeded to eat the pie, and asked her (again) to bring our checks.20 MORE minutes passed before she brought the bills (time stamped at 7:44.) I had been charged for both the beer I had and the Blue Moon the bar had been out of, and my order had been combined with that of a lady five seats down (who had apparently been brought an $11 glass of wine rather than the $7.50 glass she had ordered) while my wife's meal was on a separate ticket from mine. We asked for those two tickets to be fixed, and the rest of our group gave her their cards. The new tickets FINALLY arrived at 8:17. Yes it took MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR for two tickets to be fixed. All the others in our group, meanwhile, were just waiting for their credit cards to be returned so they could leave. (In the meantime, the manager dropped by for the usual "How was everything?" When we told him, "fine, if we can ever pay" he disappeared for a few minutes and then came back to say "she's working on the computer"; no apology or evident concern.) When we finally got the corrected bill, the waitress immediately disappeared AGAIN without waiting for me to give her my card. Someone remarked "I wonder how long you'll have to wait for YOUR card after she comes back and takes it." Since from the looks of things the total time trying to pay could stretch into more than an hour, I just put down two twenties and a five on my $43.50 check and left. Yes, I confess: I left a $1.50 tip. If anything, I usually tend to OVER-tip, but if I'd had exact change, she wouldn't have gotten THAT much. The food was pretty good (aside from the horrendous pie; I really do NOT recommend the "Ooey Gooey Caramel" we all ordered) but certainly not good enough for me to be held hostage by an incompetent waitress and apathetic manager. Maybe this was not typical, since as I said before the service has usually been fine, but our group will NOT be returning.

Great service and excellent happy hour..daily specials are a good deal.

The chicken strips lived up to their reputation, however the loaded Mac and cheese wasn’t loaded, not with additional toppings or cheese. The ribs that you’re supposed to ask about were bland, dry, and not so sauced. The steak was as cooked as requested however it was unflavored and disappointing. The salmon was dry and slightly over cooked while the mashed sweet potatoes were decent.Would recommend the tenders and Smokey honey bbq sauce.

Service was good considering we walked in with about 30 people for lunch. We had called a couple days in advance but but they never called back.I had the grilled chicken and pineapple bowl and it fairly good, maybe too much rice pilaf. Pretty much everything else in the menu appeared to be fried.

It's amazing this place is still open. My food SUCKED. My service SUCKED. My entire experience was disgusting, from the microwaved rolls to the cold fries..

Enjoyed eating at O'Charley's today for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant , very eye catching with the Balloon Dancing saying come on in. The restaurant had it's Green speaking to us with pretty St. Patrick's decorations. Thank for following the CDC guidelines , the hand sanitizing station caught my eye.The host seated us in a nice place. Our waitress Alexis L. greeted my Son and I professionally, polite, caring. She shared the Menu, gave us time to look over and decide what to order.I had Seafood Platter, Lobster Bisque, Peach Coppler(getting ready shortly to eat the rest). My Son ordered Surf and Turf, he ate every bit of his. The food , beverage, was fantastic, pretty and a lot of it. Alexis L came several times to see if everything was fine and if we needed anything. She adds so much flavor to your restaurant. Alexis L will make a great teacher training your new comers. Thank you for being there. Will tell others and we will be returning. Beverly, Columbus, GaParking: I parked parallel to the side entrance door. Perfect!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking available near the entrance doors! Yeah!

Food was amazing but the service was lacking when our drinks arrived at the table the server tossed the straws at my wife in order to be able to serve another table in the same area. Once the food came out the server had us put our own plates on the table which were hot plates of course. Took forever to get refills despite the fact that the place was pretty empty. Other than that food was delicious maybe next time I'll just get it to go.
