Had a horrible experience at Old Chicago tonight. 😤 When we arrived, it wasn’t even busy but our group of 12 ended up waiting nearly 3 hours to be served. The manager came over but only offered excuses instead of solutions. Totally unacceptable. We were patient and respectful, but this was beyond disappointing. Do better, Old Chicago. 👎 will not come back anytime soon.
The mini tour has had problems lately. I have completed 63 and always have a problem getting the rewards. Needs revamped!
We have been going here since it opened at less twice a month we have had regular things go wrong on visits but the last two times we have been something was wrong with food!!! This time Nachos were burnt and they still brought them to the table then after waiting 45 minutes or more for our salads and food the salads come and we’re left under the heat lamp waiting on the server so limp and soggy unable to eat and the pizza was cooked way too long and looked like it was just...read full review
