Food was decent, a little pricey in my opinion but staff was nice. I would probably recommend this to a friend if you're looking for something easy, but tasty.

Let me just start by saying the food was great! The service on the other hand, not so much. We were not entirely seated and our waitress was already asking for our drink order and seemed annoyed that we were not ready for her. She immediately asked if we wanted any appetizers. I asked for more time because we really didn't even open our menus yet. Again, annoyed. Every time she came back she wasn't pleasant. She checked on us once and did bring drink refills without being asked. My husband and daughter decided, before our food even got there, that they were leaving room for dessert. We weren't done eating our food and our waitress said she'd bring our check right over. We had to tell her to wait that we wanted dessert. We felt very rushed. It was not a busy night. I don't think she ever smiled. The floor beneath the table was so sticky that my shoes were sticking to it. We were given our bill, paid it before our desert finally arrived. Again, food was awesome, service really needs some work. Not the southern hospitality we have encountered during our visit here.

Ordered a specialty pizza, when it arrived at the table it was missing a key ingredient. Brought it to the attention of the staff and they said they were out of the ingredient. Ordered the double decker (supposedly double pepperoni) to go instead, and it took an extremely long time to come out. Less pepperoni than a regular pepperoni pizza. Not peak hours, no excuse for this quality lapse.

Tried to call in order No one answered phone. I go over and 3 hostesses standing up front inform me and several other guest there not seating anyone or taking orders for like another hour.
The place was only half full?

The pizza was good, but we had asked for some items to be changed on the toppings, which didn't happen. It wasn't very busy, so I don't know what happened. But even though we didn't get exactly what we asked for, the quality was good.

Food has been GOOD👍🏾 spinach Dip, better than cheddars.. pizza 🍕 hot and cheesy and the service was great both times.

My son and I were seated immediately. Then we spent 20 minutes waiting for a server. As we were about to leave the manger found someone to serve us. Then as we sat waiting for our food. Guests were sit seated behind us. Serve their food and receive their check even before our food came out. I don't think I'll be back. Maybe that is what they wanted

The wings were big, and no flats, the pizza rolls were very hard

As Chicago transplant, I was very disappointed. I thought I was coming in to find a nice, savory, tasty, deep dish or stuffed pizza. To my surprise, that is no longer an option. Overall, the individual size pizza that was ordered reminded me of something that came out of a freezer. I'm not impressed! I will not even elaborate. However, service is incredible. I normally always post pictures. The two personal thin crust pizzas were not picture worthy.

The mini tour has had problems lately. I have completed 63 and always have a problem getting the rewards. Needs revamped!

I was second in line at the host station and the lady in front of me was inquiring about space for 10. She was told the wait would be at least an hour and a half. I stepped up and asked how long for a party of two. The hostess replied we aren’t seating anyone and then she put her head back down. We left and went to another restaurant.

Pizza burned, bacon baked so long it wasn't edible. Had to be picked off pizza. Pizza was so much better during previous visits.
