Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My husband took me to Olive Garden last night for my birthday because he knows I love to eat there. Wow was it delicious!!! Our server did such a wonderful job so I wanted to give her some recognition. Her name is A'Chelsea and I can't say enough good things about her. Im not exaggerating when I say from start to finish she did an outstanding job at takin care of us! We never had to ask for refills on our drinks, breadsticks, salad, soup, or even our to go boxes! She was so sweet that we wanted to speak to the manager and let him know what a fantastic job she was doing. His name was Jonas and he was very nice as well. He was very attentive and spoke highly of all of his employees and said how important it was that they treated all of the customers there with courtesy. He was very happy to hear that we loved the food and the service that A'Chelsea gave us. We will definitely ask for her when we go back!

Had a mix up with food order.

Parking: There was a patron with her shi tzu in the restaurant. It didn't wear a support badge.
Another person in the restaurant stated she was allergic to dog hair and refused to eat.

The best Olive Garden I have ever been to (in any city/state). The customer service is always amazing, and the food is always top notch. They really care about serving good food & go out of their way to care for their customers.

I use to go weekly to this establishment during my lunch break until my favorite bartender left. The service was above exceptional at that time due to the worker. I no longer go there during lunch time. I now periodically go between 4 pm and 6 pm. The service is on par, and food is good. I've tried almost every dish on the menu. Despite such, my favorite encompasses lots of carbs... I enjoy the lasagna fritta with extra sauce, shrimp frito, salad with light dressing. I add the shrimp frito ontop of the house salad. My second favorite is the shrimp scampi. I trade out the asparagus for some brocolli.

There is ample parking, and bathrooms are always clean when I enter.

We normally come here to eat and enjoy ourselves. However, we had a different experience this evening. We ordered 3 adult meals and 2 children’s pizza meals. Our waitress was fine and she did a great job.

However, for some odd reason, our children’s pizza meals did not come out when the adult meals did. About 20 mins later, our waitress brought out 1 kid pizza meal that was burnt. She said the other one would be out in a few minutes.

This didn’t make any sense. Everyone else’s orders came out together. I kindly told our waitress that I didn’t want the pizza meal and to cancel the other kids meal along with our dessert.

The manager on duty never came out to speak with us or try to explain what went wrong. It was sad because our kids were looking forward to their pizza. It’s a good thing Little Caesars was not far away. We went there and ordered them a large cheese pizza.

The customer service was good. Our server named Katyln was very nice, and she took care of me and my family during our dining experience. The food was very good. I will definitely be back. 😊👍🏽

The service was very slow. Drinks were not refilled Parmesan cheese was not provided upon request on meals once they were delivered.

I came in with my nephew and our server Avery was so kind! They were so patient when my nephew ordered on his own, and when my nephew growled at them pretending to be a T-Rex, Avery growled right back. They were a great server and so accommodating with having a young child at the table. I definitely recommend coming here and requesting Avery as your server!

Our server Avery did absolutely amazing!! I came in with my nephew and Avery interacted with my nephew and joked with him the whole time. My nephew said “Avery was my friend and they was funny.” Avery gave great customer service and they were so kind the entire night! 10 out of 10 for them alone!!

On Wed., Jan. 29, 2025, we went to the Olive Garden in Columbus, GA. We were there until 11pm. First, the food portion sizes were awesome! Enough to eat and take a bit home! The prices of the Lazagna Frita and Four Cheese Manacotti were awesome! Very fair! The cook cooked the food too awesome for words! The cheese was flowing! Cooked golden brown to perfection! The Lasanga Frita was perfect! Not too done! Awesome! The salad was wonderful (thank you God!) And thanks to the people keeping the fridge cleaned out because there was not a trace of brown lettuce. (LOVED THE OLIVES AND EVERYTHING ON THE SALAD) The dressing was so awesome my husband said! We dipped our breadsticks in a side of Italian dressing (also, marinara). The marinara was great! Warm and delicious! The restaurant was clean! (It was being cleaned as ppl left, but it was done well). The manager in training was so nice. Okay, I saved the best for last! The waiter and the teamwork in the kitchen! Fantastic! Everything was brought out in an orderly fashion, on time, we weren't waiting too long and he got everything right! The waiter was so professional, very talented! He said his name is Avery M.
