First of all the reason for my families visit was my wife’s craving for Olive Garden, due to her pregnancy. Upon arrival through the front doors we were met with blank stares and a lackadaisical attitude. We were seated in a nice area that was clean but was blasting hot air from the vent. My ears were red. We then sat for 15 minutes waiting to be greeted by the wait staff. No drinks. No bread. No greeting for 15 minutes. We then place our order to a soft spoken young lady that seemed not to care. We sat for another 5 minutes to get our water. As we were waiting, our appetizer arrived. Wouldn’t you guess that it was the wrong one. We began to discuss getting up and leaving for the buffalo wild wings within walking distance. When our water arrived we were informed that they were out of the gnocchi soup. At that point we decided there was no reason to do business with Olive Garden. I will not be back.

Big Baby saved the day. There were concerns but Big Baby came in and made all things work for the good. Because of her this experience was made great.

Sophia was a tad slow in our service. When Big Baby came and checked on us as she was checking on others we informed her of the issues and she made all well! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us. We have had Big Baby before and she truly makes each visit memorable-She treats us AS FAMILY!!

My boyfriend and some of our friends came out for dinner on a Wednesday night in early November and were seated with Abby as our server. I have been to Olive Gardens many times in various locations, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had solely because Abby was our server. She was very prompt and attentive, anticipated our every need. I was having trouble deciding what drink to order and ended up ordering the spiked strawberry lemonade which was far too sweet for my liking. When Abby came by to check on us and asked how I liked the spiked lemonade, I told her it was alright and she immediately offered to bring me something else I liked better. We didn’t have to wait or ask her for anything. Honestly, that might be the best dining experience I’ve ever had because Abby went above and beyond for our table. But something tells me she serves every table with that kind of exceptional service. Please give her a raise or make her a manager or recognize her somehow. I’ve worked as a server myself for many years and she exceeded every one of my expectation. The food was delicious, she brought us breadsticks before we even had to ask, brought us boxes and to-go containers for extra sauces. Just absolutely amazing!!!!

Thanks to the delicious food, we had a good time. My server could use a little more training in hospitality & customer service. But overall I would recommend to my friends & family to come eat.
