Sophia was a tad slow in our service. When Big Baby came and checked on us as she was checking on others we informed her of the issues and she made all well! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us. We have had Big Baby before and she truly makes each visit memorable-She treats us AS FAMILY!!
My boyfriend and some of our friends came out for dinner on a Wednesday night in early November and were seated with Abby as our server. I have been to Olive Gardens many times in various locations, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had solely because Abby was our server. She was very prompt and attentive, anticipated our every need. I was having trouble deciding what drink to order and ended up ordering the spiked strawberry lemonade which was far too sweet...
Thanks to the delicious food, we had a good time. My server could use a little more training in hospitality & customer service. But overall I would recommend to my friends & family to come eat.
