fire current staff.worst dining experience of my life last night(03-02-25) took 45 min to get our drink altho blooming onion already served. when food finally arrived it was cold we all needed refills but no one came back to table to check. had to take food home and reheat and payed over $100 for this. what a rip off

Our visit today was great as always, but what made it even better was the service. Elizabeth did a great job making sure we always had drinks and the table was cleared when we were done with a dish. 10/10 experience and server!

We had steak and potato and salads. My steak (filet) tasted like it had plenty of tenderizer on it. My husband's prime rib however, did not taste like tenderizer. He said his was just ok. Elizabeth, our server, was very attentive and friendly. She didn't hesitate on bringing anything we asked for and brought it to us very quickly. She made our visit worth it. I have had better tasting steaks here before. Just need to cut back on the tenderizer and seasonings. We appreciated Elizabeth's service during our lunch.

Waited over 90 minutes for cold and tough steak. Manager came over to apologize and told me I was wrong about my food being cold because she claimed to see them take it off the grill. The manager did comp one of our meals, and the onion bloom that was already free from an app coupon we had. Even with one of the three dinners being comped, it felt over priced for the quality of food we were served. Waitress was nice and did very well for what she had to work with.

Ordered cocktails, Mac n cheese bites, and the 22oz porthouse. The food was great and the service and management were awesome. The bread was fresh and hot every time. I would just point out the wait time. We waited over 30 minutes for our mac n cheese bites, but since it took so long the manager said they would take it off our bill. Took about 45 minutes for our main to come out and it wasn’t hot.

I've had good experiences and bad ones here. If you have a bad one, for instance your steak comes out overcooked, then order something else next time.

Worst experience ever. Starting from the service, the guy that brought the drinks literally just punch them to us. Blooming onion was cold, told the waitress and she brought us a second cold one. Chili was cold, later the food was also cold and my pasta with chicken flavor less. We had to wait about five minutes after we got our food to get our silverware. Just disappointed 😞

Hailey is a fantastic server. She kept the bread and drinks coming. She is very personable. She is very accurate with our order and notice that I was a reward member. She is one of the best servers that I have ever had anywhere.
