I ordered through door dash and I eat there almost weekly, or at least several times a month. I absolutely love the food, but one thing I am not happy about is how my orders have been processed through door dash.
I always have a large order because I’ll order dinner/lunch for myself and an additional meal for the next day. Usually that equates to 4 papusas and 4 tacos or sopes.
The salsa is complimentary but depending on who’s there, for a large order as such, I’ll receive two or four half filled 2oz containers of salsa… which is not enough but not complaining. I USUALLY request more because of this, especially because their queso/frijole papusas are very dry (and sometimes don’t actually include cheese, which I never complain about… I just assume the lack of cheese quietly because it’s still pretty darn good). Sometimes they acknowledge my request and will give me two more but most of the time they ignore it and give the normal amount or they only give me one, it seems in spite, just because I asked. And sometimes the salsa they give me has gone bad and fermented and the container is bloated from the gas off. I think it’s very dependent on whoever processes the order.
Tonight was the same. And I made my usual request for “extra”. They charged me $5 extra dollars… didn’t call me or anything and then DID NOT actually include the salsa. They gave me 3 green salsas. For a large order. This is normally what I may get to begin with but to charge me an extra $5 just for asking is ridiculous. And this wasn’t the first time! Not to mention, they didn’t even give me the normal tomato sauce that comes with the papusas by default, and my papusas didn’t have any cheese in them.
This is the SECOND time they’ve done this to me in the last 60 days…and I’m pretty sure it’s probably the same person who did it the first time, and probably th same person who will just give me one to spite me. Normally these things wouldn’t bother me… sometimes getting one in my order makes me laugh because someone took the time to be mean lol…jokingly or not. It is what it is.
In the bigger scheme of things, this is largely just an annoyance but What takes the cake tonight is simply being charged about an additional 20%… to not even get what I asked for in the first place, and with a subpar order to boot. It just seems unnecessarily rude. Like…. Why are u charging me? DoorDash won’t even give me my money back (which doesn’t surprise me because they did this last time I requested too).

I discovered this place while doordashing. I bought some pastries while I was there but Fri night I stopped by and got steak tacos that were delicious and pastries that were also delicious 😋

Mis Styles
I ordered a pupusa and received a completely burnt stinky dried out, crusty pupusa that doesn’t even look like the one I ordered. I ordered a bean and cheese. All I saw was beans and then it looked like it started off old and they still attempted to cook it and then ended up burning it. They still sent it to me as if it was edible. It was completely an inedible, completely!

Very quiet, almost romantic atmosphere. Our waitress was there every time we needed her. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy a great meal with kind friendly service ???

If you are in fort Moore and are looking for real tacos this is the place freshly made tortillas, the sopes were piled high and the pupusa was amazing 5/5 get here now.
