First time using the drive thru. Missed the speaker box and waited at the window for 5 min while the staff looked at me and continued their conversations. Then they refused to take my order at the window. The new store in Midland has more enthusiasm and greater customer service.
Had lunch here today with a friend, This has to be the WORSE !!!! Panda express in all, Food was cold, Had no flavor, Veggies wasn't cooked, Very small portions, For the price, Not worth coming too, Will not be coming back, Save your money and time and go somewhere else

Drive thru service on my lunch break this is my 2nd visit, first time using drive thru. I waited in line 20 mins, tried calling the person who answered stated they were aware of the customers waiting and they were busy working on something else. Offered to help mitigate things. DID NOT EAT LUNCH! She passively declined food was was cold but good after warming up at home! Won’t be returning portions are small

The food was fine and exactly what you'd expect from Panda Express. However, the portions on entree's have shrunk to the point that small and medium sizes are rip-offs. Just get rid of small size, and call the medium size, small.

Terrible wait time in the drive through , waited about 30 mins in the drive through today, I was better off going inside and sitting down.
Insufficient amount !! Charged me 14.26$ for that. Very disappointing.
