Had curry chicken.. mostly onion ..not a lot of curry taste…not enough sauce -shame is that the last two curry’s we ordered were very good ?

My husband and I ordered sesame chicken. I can tell you that this was not like any chicken neither of us had ever seen. We did not like the meat at all.

I don’t know what is going on but the fried rice no longer has the pork and onions in it, it’s plain yellow rice and it’s the same price. They need to put this change somewhere on the menu so people can see it. Won’t be going back.

Used to come here semi often, but yesterday 9/3/24 about 5 minutes into our meal my daughter finds an entire wasp cooked into her veggie fried rice. I called them immediately and the girl really tried saying over the phone they “dont really do refunds”. So of course I went into PandaGarden, just for the same girl to try and play dumb at first and pretend she couldnt see anything. There was no hiding the BIG BUG in the food i dont know what she was trying to do, but once she saw it she was rude and short so I guess theyre not used to people demanding refunds for VALID reasons. Never coming back. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS, how do you miss something like that??

Went through the drive thru, ordered a plate if Honey walnut shrimp, fire cracker shrimp, and the greens for my side. I park to eat, and I find fire cracker shrimp but no honey walnt shrimp. Confused, I walk back inside to get this corrected, just for some woman in a face mask to ask if I had the recipt. Which in this case shouldn't matter because I was already upcharged for the fire cracker shrimp, the base protein was honey walnut. And since I was inconvenienced, I'm surprised they didn't just fix the $1.50 issue. My order read correctly on the drive thru screen, so when I go back to get the receipt that was asked for, they somehow messed up and replaced the shrimp for chicken.

Very disappointed in the food quality of Panda Garden tonight. We are avid customers but the 3 chicken entrees that we ordered were terrible. The sesame, honey and orange chicken tasted old and was very tough to eat! We had to discard the meals. I called the restaurant and the manager stated well next time we will make it better for you. Sorry, but there will not be a next time.

Great sesame chicken with pork fried rice. Restaurant needs some updates. Boxes stored in dining area. Limited soda selection. No soy sauce on tables or packets available.
