Ordered the 4 cheese soufflé. It was cold and the bottom felt more like cardboard, definitely not worth the price. The other pastries were fine, way too much orange extract, but fine. I think I enjoyed my drink more the food to be honest.
Place is cold, no greeting, no one to take my order which you do on a pad, then they want a tip. The only human contact I had was when someone called my name to pick up my order, might as well bought my food out of a vending machine.

Dasani helped get the sandwich I wanted by letting me know the same ingredients for the seasonal Italian sandwich were available with the Fontina sandwich. My sandwich with ranch dressing (modified) was even better than the original!! Thank you Dasani!! You’re the epitome of excellence in customer service!!

It is a quiet Panera. Service could be better, but they aren't rude. I wish they would offer almond or oat milk like some of the other Panera locations. 2% doesn't sit well.

Worst Panera I've ever experienced. Food portions were smallm. Mac n cheese cold, dishes counter was nasty. Employees weren't friendly. Bathrooms nasty as well.

I only come here a few times a year but they have gotten my order wrong twice the last two times. But their food is really good. I really like the new chicken Roma. I will keep coming back for as long as they keep it on the menu.
They forgot some of our order. We called up there to talk to the staff about it and the lady was so rude she told us we had to drive 45 mins back to restaurant to get a refund (when refunds are given everyday over the phone with the same card used). We tried to explain to her that we heard her say all of our order was in the bag, they checked that all of our items were in the bag. This is the worst panera in Columbus.

Always slow
Go inside ppl working or standing around. If I go in 10 times I have to wait for someone 8 times

Coffee taste good and brownie
Food terrible. The meats are hormone injected and sauce has bad ingredients.

We just went through the drive thru. Got to the window, the lady said the total was $47. Added a tomato soup at the last minute, new total was $52. Drove off, no soup in the bag. Went in to collect the soup and got screamed at and told "we didn't charge you for that". We'll be calling corporate. Horrible customer service.

Ordered spicy chicken dipper asked for no salsa verde , got the verde unfortunately. Also ordered a broccoli cheddar soup , was very cold. First time coming to this location.
