I would not recommend going to the location. I know there's only two in Columbus but you're better off going to Macon Road because they will greet you with the attitude make your food wrong and then get attitude again when you asked me to make it is weird there hates their job like the drive-through. Everyone has a stink attitude and I would not recommend going here.
Nobody in line to order. I stood at the cash register for approximately 5 minutes before somebody noticed and finally took my order. I cannot believe the prices. They are ridiculous. $7.50 for a grilled cheese sandwich. Plenty of other places to eat in the area. Quality of food wasn't all that great either.

Was the only customer standing in the front waiting to have my order taken. Waited 10 minutes to have my order taken and none of the 4 people behind the counter acknowledged me or tried to take my order. I left and will never go in there

I went today for the very first time and all I will say is unless I go through the drive thru or pick up, I will absolutely never be back. The lady at the front desk (I believe Hispanic) was absolutely so incredibly rude. I have never been there and while I ordered on the app, I forgot to get a drink. I asked for the strawberry one behind the counter because the menu was overwhelming and she goes ma’am that has caffeine. I said that was fine. Next thing I know she gives me the cup and she points to the back. I walked back to find only regular lemonade and soda. It was a hassle to get the drink I wanted. All the while she’s talking about when she’s getting off. It would be nice if there was just an ounce of customer service in that place. I understand why it’s busy - the food is great. Everything else is lacking.
