Food is good when you get it. But a whole salad is $11.69 and a half salad is $8.19. Logically a half salad would be $5.85. But it sort of makes even less sense since you don't really get a half salad. They used to be more generous. I don't mind paying but there has to be value to the proposition.

Super friendly staff! They fixed my order just like I asked and the cashier is so lovely! The broccoli cheddar soup is also wonderful. Will be back!

I don't typically write reviews for chain establishments, but I make an exception for exceptional service. The young lady at the register (Our receipt says her name is Jessica) was all smiles. So courteous. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fast and fresh. Good work Jessica and kitchen crew!
My order didn’t not contain the 2 honey walnut cream cheeses that I purchased at $1.70. I ordered directly through the app but it was delivered by DoorDash. On the tracker, after clicking help it provided the Macon rd location number to call for help. Called the number and was instructed to press 4 for online order issues. The hound lady who answered had a nice tone but advised I’d have to contact DoorDash for a reorder. That didn’t make any sense because the issue was at Panera. Contact DoorDash and was advised to call Panera. Now, I’m not going back and forth about this. I’m highly dissatisfied that I know have two dry bagels and no cream cheese. Thanks a lot.

I promised staff and the manager I would give them a good right up last night . Mesha the manager last night gave us 30% off our dinner not only that free drinks we ask for cookies and she gave us a fresh batch out the oven and nothing on display she was patient with us in wonderful not only that staff is nice too … we had a hard time picking out what we wanted for dinner since they changed the menu and how they do the two for one nevertheless, this restaurant deserves five stars. They are not rude and loud so if the man, I just see this, I promise you I would do it. I was the customer with my grandmother and we had the cookies and the drinks Be well stay safe guys happy New Year’s

I walk in mid afternoon and there is no bread to buy and I’m told there won’t be any unless I want to buy a couple slices. Isn’t the whole point mid day at a place that makes bread to buy bread? I’m not sure who the owner is but this is pathetic.
