I did a drive thru order of a bowl of chicken and wild rice with a dipper sandwich my chicken and wild rice looks like oatmeal. I called to speak with an associate and his response was that the soup comes frozen and bagged up so it all depends on how it unthaws its no consistence texture day to day on the soups. I got a baguette to go with it but the soup is tp thick to dip the bread in. His answer was they have no control over the way the soup unthaws and is served!!!

Food is good when you get it. But a whole salad is $11.69 and a half salad is $8.19. Logically a half salad would be $5.85. But it sort of makes even less sense since you don't really get a half salad. They used to be more generous. I don't mind paying but there has to be value to the proposition.

Racially profiled today at my favorite place white bald guy with a beard red shirt glasses tall white young man with green Panera hat left me standing waiting at the front counter today ignoring me as a loyal customer served white when I walked away its March 25 2025 not 1865.
Ordered the half Italian Sandwich with Chicken Noodle soup along with the Blue Lavender Lemonade. Nice environment and the staff was very courteous and polite.

Super friendly staff! They fixed my order just like I asked and the cashier is so lovely! The broccoli cheddar soup is also wonderful. Will be back!

I don't typically write reviews for chain establishments, but I make an exception for exceptional service. The young lady at the register (Our receipt says her name is Jessica) was all smiles. So courteous. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fast and fresh. Good work Jessica and kitchen crew!

My order didn’t not contain the 2 honey walnut cream cheeses that I purchased at $1.70. I ordered directly through the app but it was delivered by DoorDash. On the tracker, after clicking help it provided the Macon rd location number to call for help. Called the number and was instructed to press 4 for online order issues. The hound lady who answered had a nice tone but advised I’d have to contact DoorDash for a reorder. That didn’t make any sense because the issue was at Panera. Contact DoorDash and was advised to call Panera. Now, I’m not going back and forth about this. I’m highly dissatisfied that I know have two dry bagels and no cream cheese. Thanks a lot.
