I typically love coming here. I always get the same thing, the pick two bowl of cheddar broccoli and the half toasted Italiano. The soup was perfect. However, the sandwich is just way too HARD. I understand toasted and the last few times its had been toasted to another level. But this time, it was toasted so much, biting and chewing is impossible. It's a brick. I threw my sandwich out with the resolve of never getting that meal again.
I stop in once a week after the gym and the staff here is the best. Orders are always ready for pick up quickly and rarely an issue. They mixed up my order with another tonight and insisted and fixing it with 10 minutes to closing time. They really did not have to but it shows how great the staff is here. I am going to miss this location when I'm not in the area anymore!
I did a drive thru order of a bowl of chicken and wild rice with a dipper sandwich my chicken and wild rice looks like oatmeal. I called to speak with an associate and his response was that the soup comes frozen and bagged up so it all depends on how it unthaws its no consistence texture day to day on the soups. I got a baguette to go with it but the soup is tp thick to dip the bread in. His answer was they have no control over the way the soup unthaws and is served!!!
