The worst experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your time dealing with these dense-brained individuals. Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Tried calling 4 times to see the status of the pizzas. I could not get a person on the phone who didn’t put me in hold for 15 minutes and then hang up. Personally drove down to location where they had not even started making the pizzas. No apology on behalf of the staff. No effort to make the transaction right.

Words can’t even describe how dissatisfied I am my order. Everything was thrown together and cold.. The pizza looks old and it’s very hard. We asked for a steak pizza without onions and peppers, and we still receive peppers not to mention the sauce inside of the steak pizza didn’t even have any marinara in it. I ordered a 10 inch box and received only four slices of my pizza, terrible horrible, and unprofessional.

The store manager does not try to solve any issues; she blames customers for her store's mistakes. Additionally, their pizza was cold, and the wings were dry because they were overcooked.

Two hours and thirty minutes after I ordered my food never showed up and the store turned off their phones. They close in 18 minutes. Don’t waste your money. Absolutely outrageous.
Drivers refused to deliver my order on base $15 tip for the driver as well.

The shift leader or cashier that was there 1/4 around 8 or 9 o'clock was VERY weird ..I was waiting over a hour to pick up a mobile order because he was ignoring me the whole time in his phone looking down..I was so annoyed it had to take for the employee that was making pizzas to acknowledge me n handed me my order.. terrible customer service I will never order here again

Ordered delivery through the app, and received a call from Door Dash driver wondering where my address was. I explained it was off Victory Drive and she proceeded to tell me she was sent to a location off Macon Road. Needless to say, I never got my food because she refused to come back down to Victory Drive without being compensated by Door Dash for driving out of the way. I called Papa John’s for a refund and they suggested remaking my order, to which i politely declined and was met with attitude. After being told I would receive the refund, I was promptly hung up on.
