The shift leader or cashier that was there 1/4 around 8 or 9 o'clock was VERY weird ..I was waiting over a hour to pick up a mobile order because he was ignoring me the whole time in his phone looking down..I was so annoyed it had to take for the employee that was making pizzas to acknowledge me n handed me my order.. terrible customer service I will never order here again

Not impressed. Made an online order it was made on time but the pizza was marginal at best seemed rushed. And I didn't get extra toppings like my order requested

Ordered delivery through the app, and received a call from Door Dash driver wondering where my address was. I explained it was off Victory Drive and she proceeded to tell me she was sent to a location off Macon Road. Needless to say, I never got my food because she refused to come back down to Victory Drive without being compensated by Door Dash for driving out of the way. I called Papa John’s for a refund and they suggested remaking my order, to which i politely declined and was met with attitude. After being told I would receive the refund, I was promptly hung up on.

I ordered a large pizza tonight and had no problems with it this is the second time I had delivery and had no problems. I don't know what people are complaining about. Pizza was good. I put mine in the toaster oven because I like mine borderline burnt crust that's just me. The delivery person was nice and respectful this is a second time I have ordered from Papa John's on victory Drive when I live in Oakland Park, but was too lazy to go up there and get it so thank you very much

Charged me for sauce I never got. Burnt cheese sticks. You can tell everything was just thrown together. Currently on hold while typing this review for twenty minutes. Worst papa experience ever. Sad I used to work here 15 years ago we had way better service better pizza papa John's. Now I'll never eat here again. Absolute trash

Now I’ve been to this Papa John’s twice now and both times the customer service was awesome and the food was great. Finding a fast food spot that is nice to their customers and has great food is not common. I thank all the workers there, they took good care of us. I’ll be sure to add pics the next time I visit.

I stopped tipping, they can thank the delivery person Carl for that. They screw something up nearly every time.. it's annoying! Also, I have NEVER received a large when ordered ALWAYS medium like I can't tell the difference ?

Ordered a Large Fiery Buffalo Chicken w/ 1 Zesty Sauce & 3 Blue Cheese Sauces. No sauces, just the standard Garlic. And the Fiery Buffalo Chicken had my extra toppings (beef & banana peppers), but was missing the base chicken & onion toppings. It's edible and it's not bad pizza, (I've worked for PJs) but I don't like paying for extra sauces to not get them, and not getting the toppings I paid for either. Your cutter and your driver didn't check the pizza before it left. Big reason I eat PJs so rarely anymore, it's a dice roll on whether you'll get a correct order or not. Didn't used to be like that.
