I can only speak of my experience from a DoorDash point of view because I'm a DoorDash driver and pick up from here all the time but that being said they have a 100% clean rating from the health department Pizza smells fresh people order it all the time they even have a drive-thru it's a great little store and a great location I would say keep ordering from here and I'll keep picking them up.

I got home with my pizza not 1 of my garlic sauces not 2 of my garlic sauces but all 3 of them were opened 1 was empty and I was saddened. It is Saturday and my favorite part of the pizza is the garlic sauce not the pizza, so now I'm here with all of this pizza and no garlic sauce. Why must I eat pizza with no sauce. I just want my my garlic sauce.

Situation: Manager's farewell at 12 PM, I called Papa John's Call center (PJCC), at 10:40 AM with a large order (8 pizzas and 96 wings), requesting delivery at 11:45 PM. PJCC operator 1, states the earliest available is 12 PM, thus too late. Then she connects me the store on Veterans Parkway, only to be informed that I should the store on Moon Road and gives the store's phone number, of which I called, yet sent back to the PJCC and explained again to operator 2, whom quoted me ordering something completely wrong. Imagine that I am getting frustrated as time kept dwindling down. SIGNIFICANT CHANGE: Finally, I contact Dalton from the Old Moon location, and was absolutely patient and professional. While, I am doing work tasks and balancing making this order. Additionally, the delivering driver arrived and called me at 11:42 AM. Everyone enjoyed the meal and commented about how well it tasted.

We got a pizza from here last week - one NY style with onions and one original with jalapeños. I had maybe 4 slices of pizza. Thought it was delicious and went to bed. I woke up at 11PM coughing and threw up all of my pizza. I got food poisoning. I woke ip the next day tired and couldn’t eat much other than some very bland soup and rice. I would not recommend this place. Maybe I would have if this hadn’t happened. I don’t know what they changed in the last month or two but I definitely wouldn’t go there anymore.

I've just had the best pizza experience ever at this location . I was extremely impressed will be my home store from now on, I don't even mind the 35 minute drive to get it . Excellent job!
Never ordered online delivery at this location my pizza was no cheese I was treating myself to stay at hotel near by and when driver arrives I looked at pizza covered with cheese asked driver to replace it and then manger called me and abruptly asked if it was me and what was wrong with my order I explained I had no cheese she stated since I ordered thru app she wouldn't fix it was not her problem and next time I should call customer service refuses to remake it was at BW like a block away. So I went to Fuji where my money was appreciated 150 in sushi n 50 hibachi grill. What a shame how I had to explain why I don't like cheese and customer service has come to this. Too bad I am not in Orlando FL cause if Shaq owned this location this would not have happened he is a great guy I met back 2010. What a shame.
