Out of the twelve dessert flavors we took home, Turtle and the Strawberry Shortcake won our votes. Maybe our expectations were too high, but the overall taste and freshness just wasn’t there for the price. The experience left us feeling we had wasted money.

I made my first order ever with doordash and will never order through them ever again. I didn't receive all of my food and the drinks were the wrong drinks and I wrote them to tell them and sent pictures and they denied me a refund which makes nooooo sense if I didn't receive all of my order and the order wasn't right why the heck wouldn't I get a refund I spent $40 to not even to be able to eat anything this morning so thanks for nothing doordash I will never order or use your app EVER again that was one time and DONE!

They have a variety of donuts, but the star of the show was their new savory donuts! The Pig & Fig was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Their coffees are good too. I got a white chocolate blonde. They also have a 15% military discount.

We never visit Columbus without a trip to Parlor Doughnuts! The variety is fantastic, with something for everyone. The kids adore campfire, cookies n cream, and carnival. My husband loves all the caramel and strawberry. For me, the tart lemon is divine and if you can get them still warm…. Oh my! We’ve always found the staff friendly and efficient. 100% my favorite doughnut ever and I’m really looking forward to trying some of the savory options!

We've picked up doughnuts a handful of times. They are pricey, but they last several days & I'm not inclined to eat more than one at a time. My only picks have been: we were shorted one doughnut (very busy Sunday morning) & one young lady was playing in her hair (stroking it, flipping it around, etc) but she did wash her hands & handled our order without the above. We are in healthcare & nasty habits jump out at us. The doughnuts are pretty good compared to the other franchise shops that no longer make in-house doughnuts. There are plenty of flavors & they get the flavors/tastes across without being too sweet or dense. As I stated, they have a pretty good counter life & are still decent on day 3.

Someone brought an order of these into where I work today. HO-LEE COW it was amazing. Probably the most unique donut I think I’ve ever tried. It was almost like more bread than doughnut, but it was incredible. It was soft yet kind of flaky and crunchy on the outside crust. I had the peanut butter cup donut. But seriously, give them a shot, one of the better donuts I can ever remember having

I had the “maple bacon” and it was delicious! Topped it off with a medium Vanilla Bean Cream ice latte … excellent … she even asked me “how sweet would I like it”👍! Service was excellent (I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door😁) … 5 Stars for sure!
