Pho Viet Vietnamese Cuisine

We had a fantastic time in this restaurant. We enjoyed the first-rate ambience and the food. The staff members are very welcoming. I am content we finally decided to try this place.

Bottom line up front: Decent food, non-existent service.

This is honestly the first time I have ever had pho..so i dont have anything to compare it to. But the food was soy amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful when inwas asking questions about the food. All in all it was a pleasant meal. Open eating area could be a tad cleaner, but it doesnt take away from the over all experience! 7 / 10 would recommend.

Great food reasonably priced that is prepared when you order. The flavor is great, little to no seasoning or heat needs to be added. Excellent place to order takeout.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants, I love pho. Today had lunch there with a co-worker, the restaurant was not clean, the floors were sticky, the waitress was doing a lot of flirting with the boy in the kitchen, when she brought our spring rolls she had been cleaning off tables and did not bother to wash her hands prior to handling our dish. The dish that I normally order is B19 which has chicken in it, the waitress said that the cook forgot to take out chicken to defrost... wth! The food was good, but I do not think I will go back, the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was very disappointing. A far change from my usual experience, but the staff was different.

The food is not too bad, but the customer service is horrendous. This place is extremely dirty and unkept.

Just leaving this restaurant, and was completely disgusted by the attitude of the staff here. I stood about 10 mins at the counter trying to order some pho, and literally about 5-6 of the staff walked past me without acknowledging my presence at all. They made themselves drinks, made drinks for other customers, and kept on walking. Also, the way I observed them handling foodstuffs looked unsanitary, and I can’t risk my health during this cold and flu season. I’ll spend my hard earned coins elsewhere

The food is good when they are OPEN! I have been there 3 times in the last month during business hours and they weren't open. The new staff they hired aren't friendly at all. I'm not sure what their deal is but they have lost my business now. I no longer recommend this place to anyone because they dont honor their open times and their staff wont ever answer the phone. They IGNORE business!

Overall a good place to eat. Had the B11, hot tea and a side of egg rolls. Next door to "The Suite".

This place is trash. After I sat myself I had to walk up to the counter, while the person just played on her phone, and got my own menu amd utensils. I also had to go back up to the counter to practically pour my own refill. The place in downtown Columbus is 100 times better. Avoid this place.

Normally love this place. Went on nov 3 and I am so disappointed with the food we got for carry out, by the time we got home it was to late to take back. I ordered the small pho with chicken, steak and shrimp, totally didn't even give me shrimp I was like ok thats fine till I got to the basil that was rotten and not even useable. Went to bite into a shrimp roll and the shrimp was not even cleaned of the shell and legs. Most likely will not go back.

Im not sure if they have new management, new owners or just don't know how to train their servers but my family and I went in tonight for dinner and it was a horrible experience! First of all, 95% of the tables were dirty and stayed like that for an entire hour! It gave me bad anxiety! The service was not good what so ever! The waitress was more concerned about flirting with the guy that was there hanging out with her the whole time we were there. The food took forever to come out, we were not checked up on once, were given plastic silverware and 2 napkins (there were 4 of us and 2 were youngins)! I've never had such a bad experience in a restaurant and we will not be going back!

Great place for spring rolls and pho

Ordered to go, couldn’t get them on he phone. Was told it would be about a 15 min wait. Waited over 45 minutes for the food. Overheard them saying there was only two people in the kitchen and they were running behind. Should probably look into having more staff for the weekend. Food is great though
