I ordered and ham and pineapple pizza, The night manager Dezy (I don’t think that’s her name) and her crew made my food wrong(ham and pepperoni). I tried to call her to get my order remade and she disconnected when I advised her a credit to call back another time to get food is not acceptable. I then called back and ask why she disconnected. She attempted to lie and said I was cursing. I didn’t curse ONCE and said she was allowed to disconnect on customers who get rude and I had an attitude too. However who wouldn’t be a little upset? You’re telling me a credit to call in another time when because YALL messed up. No offer to remake the food. NOTHING. All she can offer me is a credit. And she ain’t even do that because she hung up on me TWICE. The unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of this so called manger is appalling and absolutely unacceptable. Milgen Rd Dominos needs to do better. I will be filing a complaint.

25 minutes on hold, after call center said that location is not taking orders any more from call center. I went to PAPA JOHN'S while still on hold , ordered the pizza & had it in my hand in 10 minutes, AMAZING SERVICE FROM PAPA JOHN'S. That milgen road location needs to just close it's doors. Not the first time this has happened to me here.

They stopped adding the butter we all loved on the crust on the pan pizza. I complained about it because I didn't know, they offered to remake it and said you have to add a comment to your order if you want butter on your crust. Alas, you can still get the OG pan pizza you always loved!

I got the personal pizza with boneless wings. It was good. They didn't have my drink in the correct ounce so the manager gave me a 2 liter instead. Will be going back

This was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut location, and I came in for the $2 pizza deal. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I placed my order online with a scheduled pick-up time of 2:30 PM and arrived at 2:19 PM. I gave my name at the counter and waited, expecting my order to be ready soon after. Instead, I watched multiple people some who ordered in-store and some who placed their online orders after mine receive their food and leave before me. I even spoke with someone who said they placed their order at 2:00 PM and had already gotten theirs. Meanwhile, I didn’t walk out with my food until 3:48 PM. I spent almost an hour and a half waiting during what was supposed to be my lunch break, and I felt like my order was completely overlooked. I’m not satisfied with the way things were handled, and the wait time was unacceptable. I hope the staff can better manage online orders in the future and treat customers in the order their food was requested. To make matters worse, the person working at the front lacked patience when dealing with customers. It made the long wait feel even more uncomfortable. I believe the store needs someone at the front who can better communicate, stay calm, and show more understanding when people have concerns.

Wow. Let me tell you what they give you when you order a large pizza with 3 items double toppings. It's less than 2 items, single toppings. I have no idea what they did to the pizza. I have no idea why they didn't care and refused to add what was ordered and paid for.
