25 minutes on hold, after call center said that location is not taking orders any more from call center. I went to PAPA JOHN'S while still on hold , ordered the pizza & had it in my hand in 10 minutes, AMAZING SERVICE FROM PAPA JOHN'S. That milgen road location needs to just close it's doors. Not the first time this has happened to me here.

They stopped adding the butter we all loved on the crust on the pan pizza. I complained about it because I didn't know, they offered to remake it and said you have to add a comment to your order if you want butter on your crust. Alas, you can still get the OG pan pizza you always loved!

This was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut location, and I came in for the $2 pizza deal. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I placed my order online with a scheduled pick-up time of 2:30 PM and arrived at 2:19 PM. I gave my name at the counter and waited, expecting my order to be ready soon after. Instead, I watched multiple people some who ordered in-store and some who placed their online orders after mine receive their food and leave before me. I even spoke with someone who said they placed their order at 2:00 PM and had already gotten theirs. Meanwhile, I didn’t walk out with my food until 3:48 PM. I spent almost an hour and a half waiting during what was supposed to be my lunch break, and I felt like my order was completely overlooked. I’m not satisfied with the way things were handled, and the wait time was unacceptable. I hope the staff can better manage online orders in the future and treat customers in the order their food was requested. To make matters worse, the person working at the front lacked patience when dealing with customers. It made the long wait feel even more uncomfortable. I believe the store needs someone at the front who can better communicate, stay calm, and show more understanding when people have concerns.

This was the worst store I ever been in... no teamwork or communication... I wanted over an hour for my order that I placed 2 hours ago.... ceiling leaking water all over containers..... then finally got my food and order was incorrect... employees starts to argue... I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location .... it's horrible.... if I could give negative starts i would... someone how they received a 98..... then no employee wash hands

Wow. Let me tell you what they give you when you order a large pizza with 3 items double toppings. It's less than 2 items, single toppings. I have no idea what they did to the pizza. I have no idea why they didn't care and refused to add what was ordered and paid for.

I made a DoorDash order for a large pizza. I had an option to make my own pizza and I asked for a large pizza with pepperoni and bacon and I got a small pizza instead with just cheese. I had to pay extra for those toppings and I didn’t even get those toppings, I called them to let them know that I have received the wrong pizza. They told me not to hang up and they got me on hold. Literally in 30 minutes they close it didn’t even have to be a quick delivery. They could’ve taken their time and made my food properly, but they chose not to , they had I placed my order at like 10:40 PM and they don’t close till 12 AM

I ordered two (2) hutboxes with a personal pan pizza and boneless wings. Everything about both of them was not right, the pizza was tasteless the crust was not cooked as a pan pizza and the wings were overcooked. As far as the food goes, it was not good, the customer service was adequate. I will not be going back to that location. I love personal pan pizzas, just not at this location. Bad business, it was a disappointment.
