I made a DoorDash order for a large pizza. I had an option to make my own pizza and I asked for a large pizza with pepperoni and bacon and I got a small pizza instead with just cheese. I had to pay extra for those toppings and I didn’t even get those toppings, I called them to let them know that I have received the wrong pizza. They told me not to hang up and they got me on hold. Literally in 30 minutes they close it didn’t even have to be a quick delivery. They could’ve taken their time and made my food properly, but they chose not to , they had I placed my order at like 10:40 PM and they don’t close till 12 AM

THEY GOT ME SICK WITH FOOD POISONING, PLEASE DONT EAT HERE.
I ordered two (2) hutboxes with a personal pan pizza and boneless wings. Everything about both of them was not right, the pizza was tasteless the crust was not cooked as a pan pizza and the wings were overcooked. As far as the food goes, it was not good, the customer service was adequate. I will not be going back to that location. I love personal pan pizzas, just not at this location. Bad business, it was a disappointment.

Pizza was not prepared as requested. It was evident that extra sauce was not added. I had to cut it when we returned home. Dough was doughy and it wasn't even the thick crust. This is the second time in a row we've experienced poorly prepared pizza. We even left a $2 tip on a take out pizza. Needless to say, we will not be ordering again.

Pies looked great but then once I got home we realized they put like a teaspoon of sauce on the pies and everything had cinnamon on it. Cheesy bread with cinnamon, peperoni pizza with cinnamon.

I ordered from this location and they app said that the food would be delivered by 4:05pm I didn't get my food until 4:25pm I called the store to see where my order was and the person who answered the phone was so rude and said your delivery is on they way and hung up the phone Then when the delivery driver arrived, I asked him why are you late with my order and he was like, they got me on so many orders IDK and my food is cold Thank goodness I have a microwave This is unacceptable

We ordered a delivery and was told that we would get it in 30 minutes. It then took them 30 minutes for the driver to pick the food up and another 30 just to get it to us. Wouldn’t be a big deal but don’t lie about delivery times if you’re backed up. Also got my order wrong. So yea not ordering here again.

They use call centers for local pizza delivery now. If the bot they transfer you to misunderstands you, you'll end up making a cash order when you want to pay with card. Having an audio option for two words that start with the same letter (card or cash) was a mistake.
I have never had any issues with this location. They are professional, fast, courteous. When you pick up your food, if you don't like it, they remake it. I am very picky about my food (pizza in this case). Love this location!!

My pizza and breadsticks arrived cold. They didn’t cut my pizza into thin slices, and I guess they forgot I wanted sausage on the pizza so they threw some on top after they cooked the pizza.

Ordered online. The tracking said it was delivered but I had no pizza. Took forever and multiple calls to speak with a rep at the local location. She stated if I wanted a refund I would have to go to the store to get one and hung up on me. She told me to wait on the driver before coming in so I could refuse the delivery. It was supposed to arrive at 632 pm. It's now 701 pm. Worst customer service experience ever. Needs better, employees and systems that are tied together.
