Went today ordered and my food wasn’t up to par. I mumbled to my cousin that the food wasn’t fresh and the lady worker repeated what I verbatim including the curse words all while i was still at the drive thru window. And the manager was standing there indulging in it. And the manager on the other hand had a nasty attitude as well!

3 star atmosphere because I went through the drive thru. The order taker would not let me finish my order because she was very efficient in asking me "anything else". Particularly when I was requested extra honey for my biscuit which was apart of my large combo. The wait wasn't too long but once I got to the window and was given the total through a broken window glass that doesn't fully open, I gave my card to pay. It took a few minutes but nothing crazy, the food giver gave me my drink, a large lemonade. He then after a couple more minutes gave me my food in one bag. I thought that was interesting since I don't usually order a large combo, I was unsure if both side items and biscuit with extra honey was in the bag. Of course I didn't see any honey, but then also where was my biscuit!? I asked the guy about the biscuit he said they didn't have any. I said okay well can I get something for my biscuit since, and I was pretty sure, it came with a large combo. He told me, "it doesn't ". Now I know I misread things at times so I drove back around to double check the menu, lol and behold, the damn biscuit comes with the large combo. I don't have time to fuss with these people, I have to pick up the kids. On the way to the pick up line I call the store. "Hello", is the lady's response. Is this Popeyes i asked. Yes it is. I explain i didn't get my biscuit and she cuts me off to tell me the oven is broke and I should have been informed that. I was not nor was I offered a replacement for something I paid for and was not given. "Well you can come back", cause that's how time works. I enjoyed the sandwich as always but now I may have to consider the blander chik Fila chicken sandwich just for the customer service. Popeyes I loved yall since Juvenille said it was for the ballers but I may have to part ways. Also, the website doesn't offer a place to submit a complaint to corporate or at all, so deal with the general public backlash. Although you probably don't care since this Popeyes has several 1 star reviews. Never again Popeyes on Wyntonn rd. Never again.

It’s the Manager that has a really nasty attitude and always has staffing issues. This location constantly has an issue, the fryer out, they are out of items, the extreme wait on chicken or their tea’s are sitting open with no lids while patrons Hoover over them. Please do not order from the app because she will claim “I don’t know nothing about the app” if there is an order issue. She is extremely rude and I don’t know how they are still open. She walks around with an attitude and customer service skills are extremely unprofessional.
