This place is an absolute dump! Now I see why it closes and opens under new management every year. The employees will look right at you through locked doors when the restaurant is supposed to be open. They love dropping chicken on the floor and picking it up only to give it to a customer in the drive through lane (disgusting!), The service is trash and it's simply not worth your time to come here. I'll go to Chick Fil A where I get ethical, service with a smile and my food is not mixed with dirt off of the floor. I'd give Popeyes 0 Stars if I could.

Horrible service tonight! We didn't get half of what we ordered and what we did get was completely wrong, and added extra of the things we said no to on sandwiches to only get half of our money back. My garbage can thanks you for the wasted food and money.

Would give zero stars . Literally came at 10 pm to order food drove around for the automated message to come across where ordering food that said the restaurant was closed. Online it states the restaurant doesnt close until 10:30. As pulling around I noticed employees walking around with head sets on and one of the employees standing outside smiling an looking weird. But heres the kicker my friend was following to order food for her family but she was able to order not even five minutes after me. Not impressed at all . I usually enjoy this establishment but this was unprofessional.

Manager was very rude. The young lady that took my order was nice but her mom as she called her was very mean and rude. I went in and asked for ketchup and honey the manager replied and said you have to ask for it. Who gets fries and not want ketchup or any type of sauce. She was very rude

I work in fast food part time. The woman in the headset was efficient, kind, and professional. The gentleman at the window was super kind and pleasant. I’m extremely grateful for this location. BTW this was my first experience and they nailed it!!!! My food was hot and fresh too. I appreciate it. Thank y’all again!!!!
I went to this location for the first time(8/27/24). I only ordered 1 item: Large red beans & rice: 1 scoop of beans with the rest being rice. I was given great service, quickly, and with a smile. VERY big contrast to the Buena Vista location(#13701). I visited them for the first time(8/26) and was told by the manager that red beans & rice are only made a certain way and that a remake was out of the question. First impressions are lasting impressions. Thanks Buena Vista!!

Dropped in Sunday at 8.30 . Drove 28 miles to get there and find door locked which she did finally come unlocked then got to counter got the most evils looks from everyone in their even manager . No one came to wait on us so pushed mother in her wheelchair back to the car and left. Used to live down the street eat there 2-3 time a week never will I stop there again

My dad tried to order a chicken breast and thigh, spicy with a red beans and rice side plus a sweet tea which came up to around $17.12. They put a leg and thigh in the box and when he tried to tell them it was wrong they argued with him. After several minutes they did finally correct the order but they never gave him his change of $.88 out of the $18 he originally handed them. This is the third time we have had some kind of negative interaction here. We go here because it’s convenient but we are just going to go to one of the other locations for now on.
