Picked up usually good tasting chicken but not this time. Unfortunately my order of 8pc box of mixed pieces, and 5 chicken stripe. When we arrived guest house to eat i was embarrassed to find chicken overcooked and not very fresh. Terribly greasy both mixed box and strips. Please fix this as I would love to keep recommending good Popeyes chicken. BTW it really was greasy and overcooked. Will be back but expect better !!

I placed an online order for pick up at approximately 4:45 PM, and scheduled the pickup time for 5:30 PM. I arrived at approximately 5:40 PM. There were 4 employees working, including the manager, and there were only 1 or 2 cars in the drive-thru. When I walked inside to get my order, it took some time for the employees to notice me as they were busy gossiping about the group chat or whatever the manager had pulled up on his phone (his face stayed glued to the screen of his phone almost the entire time I was there). When they finally realized I was there, I told them I was there to pick up my online order. (It is now 5:45PM.) The woman stumbled through the computer's menu to find my order – they had completely missed it. I was forced to wait for them to prepare my order which completely negated the convenience of placing the online order. Around 5:55PM, I finally had my order. Right before I pulled out of the parking lot, I decided to double check the order before leaving. Sure enough, they had forgotten the dipping sauces I had selected. I parked the car and had to go back inside where I had to wait another few minutes for them to rectify the situation (business was picking up for the dinner rush now). All in all, I was highly inconvenienced and had a less-than-stellar experience. To add insult to injury, the manager didn't even bother to offer me a complimentary extra side or even a fountain drink for the delay and inconvenience they caused. The service left a lot to be desired.

No interaction with customers, no greeting upon entering or standing at the counter, they forgot an entire chicken sandwich in an order that was made online. All you get when coming into here is stares and an awkward silence. For a place that has signs up everywhere saying they care and they pride themselves in customer service and satisfaction, it is absent. The food was cold and not impressive. Waiting 20 minutes for some chicken at a chicken place (wasn’t even busy) is kind of bonkers. Plus, mac n cheese portions are about 2 bites for the reg one. Crazy.

I had a really disappointing experience at Popeyes. The wait alone was insanely long—over 10 minutes—and unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it.

The chicken pieces were extremely small—honestly more like nuggets than actual chicken. I ordered “spicy” tenders, but they had no flavor at all. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh, and my Coke was flat, which just added to the frustration.

On top of that, the condition of the building and property was unacceptable. Everything looked dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall environment felt very messy. It didn’t give me confidence in the cleanliness or quality of the food.

Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be returning to this location.

The only reason I gave one star is because no star isn’t an option.

Ordered on the app in the parking lot. It was ready immediately, hot, spicy and tasted great. The staff was very friendly and made the food delicious and crispy.

Order was wrong. Interaction with the staff was terrible. Just got somewhere else. Not worth the headache with immature staff.

BEWARE!! This store and its employees have no idea what they are doing and Popeyes will steal your money.

I placed an online order Wednesday April 16, 2026 at 6:34 pm. When I pulled into the parking lot, I was met by a manager outside who told me the store was closed because their fryers were messed up. She then told me I had to contact customer service to get a refund. I place the cancellation and opened a ticket for a refund right then and there while she was standing at my window. The time the ticket was submitted was 7:17 pm.

As of now, I still have not received a response. I have called the store twice and no one seems to be able to give me an answer on why I cannot have my money back. I keep getting told “if it’s online, we can’t do anything about it” funny because even online orders go towards the days final sales. So why exactly can’t you issue a refund.

Do better Popeyes! Your employees need better training. Being told “I DONT KNOW” (and then hung up on by a “manager”) is not an acceptable answer. You can’t give me my money back nor do you know HOW to give it back but you sure could take within seconds of placing my order.

And not to mention, they direct you back to the Ai chatbot, and tell you to speak to a live agent there. Nope! No live agent, just the same message over and over and over again. Their “customer service” phone number?? NOPE NOT THAT EITHER! That phone number directs you right back to the online robot. There’s no way to speak to a live person except for at the store and they don’t seem to be able to help or know how!! What’s the point of having customer service if you can’t actually get ahold of anyone. How useless is that department, it’s almost laughable at this point.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had a similar experience here. For context we live in midland so we’ve ordered food here more plenty of times.

We placed a pickup order for two 3 piece blackened chicken tenders with a large mash in a deal they had. The order was placed at 6:14pm EST. Selected asap for the time. We left the gym and got there at 6:35pm. The lady sounded confused like she didn’t know anything about a pickup order for Isabella but told us to pull around to the door after 5 mins of being at the window waiting. After we pull around to the door it is 7 o’clock before I go inside and ask what’s taking so long is the order ready? There’s two men leaning against the counter arms crossed kicked back chillin and a guy with very long hair (I didn’t get names) just looks back and is like oh here it is. It’s just been sitting there getting cold while the two of them combined couldn’t muster enough attention to realize they were given the food to bring out to the front.

We open up our food finally after 45 mins of the order being placed (it’s also a ghost town there’s zero customers the whole time) and they got the order wrong. We got two Mac n cheese instead of the singular large mash we ordered. Not sure how 4 individuals managed collective miss all steps of one of the easiest Togo orders possible with no guests before or after our arrival.

Like I said there has been a plethora of issues with this store and it is in dire need of management intervention.

I went in to place an order. I ordered 8 piece chicken with fries, slaw and a large red beans and rice. I ordered a 3 piece chicken stripe with fries and a small drink while I waited on my order. After twenty minutes I asked if they forgot my order. The employee advised they were working on it. I was the only customer inside. After 35 minutes I asked again. They handed me my food and advised they had to cook the fries. 35 minutes and order not complete. I said I was not going to wait, took my food home and had 5 pieces of chicken, no bisque, they gave me a small dirty rice, not the large red beans and rice and no fries. $32 dollars and change. Terrible service and partial order and not what I ordered. I will not be going back.

The absolute worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Consistently out of food or “still frozen.” Always have to wait for food to be prepared. The employees are nice enough, just not well managed. Hard to believe this store is still open.

This was the worse Popeyes I have ever visited. The food was cold. Chicken tasted like rubber. I couldn't even eat. We just threw it away. 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢

I had to wait for 15 minutes for them to cook a classic chicken sandwich. I ordered large mashed potatoes and got small. Pothole in the driveway. I don’t know how they stay in business. Probably should just close their doors. I won’t be back and I prefer Popeyes chicken sandwich.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS POPEYES! Their food inspection score is consistently low. It's obvious this place needs new management. I stopped going when I saw their score dropped even lower than it was. The only reason I even went is it's closer to my house, but not now. When I want Popeyes, I drive across town to the one next to Golden Donut because their score is always 100.

I have been in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting on tenders. I finally went inside and no one had even made my order nor did they seem to care. I waited inside for an additional 10 min. Ridiculous nor did any of the staff communicate with me while i was waiting. Horrible horrible!!
