This location needs more help. They do what they can but it's always a 20 minute wait for our family of 4.

They are always happy and cheerful in there. Music is fun to and not so loud that you have to yell over it to have a conversation. Chicken was delicious and the place was spotless.🙂

Popeyes is pretty good. My only complaint is sides and serving portions are a tad on the small side for the prices you pay. Food is what you'd expect from a fast food place. Place is pretty clean inside at both north columbus locations I visit and both places employees are generally friendly and helpful.

Pulled up to only three cars in the parking lot at 11:45am. That should have been my first sign of trouble. Not one car in the drive thru but myself. Had to wait several minutes for drive thru to answer, started order as requested and then told to hold immediately, almost another seven minutes pass by. Then drive thru staff made it clear in her tone and delivery when she started again that me being there was a problem. I’m not going to spend my money ordering four meals at a company that doesn’t train their staff with just common decency. She acted like she’s doing me a favor. I just pulled off. Then went around the corner a little out of my way to a busy KFC and received fast fresh food along with friendly customer service. Now reading these other reviews doesn’t just look like a bad visit for me, but a lot of others. The health dept score in the low 80’s is way to low. Too bad for the franchise owner because that real estate is costing him big money every month. Unless from management down there are changes this location will soon be closed.

The line was not very long for the length of time the experience took, which led me to believe they were short staffed. After paying and being told to park and wait for my chicken, I decided to go inside after sitting for 15 minutes. Upon going inside, I watched the drive thru staff member working on mashed potatoes and placing them in the bag and handing the bag to me. My fault for not checking before I got back to work, but it was an order for 4 people and my side was in the bag, but not my blackened chicken strips. Due to my time constraints with work, I was left with only having my side for lunch that day. I will not be returning to this location again for 6-9 months. That will give them time to hire new people, or at least get fully staffed.

Just purchased an 8 piece family meal and large fries. The chicken was cold and dry (been under warmer way too long). Large fries came in big box but after opening we might have gotten a small order. Food was horrible

Tykeria was so helpful and really held down the entire store. Other than that they were really struggling and took 30 minutes to get us our food. It was a hot mess, but Tykeria was excellent. Thank you!

Would not give any stars, was supposed to receive 4 biscuits with dinner combo only Got one biscuit, this place is the worst restaurant I have ever been to, memo people want the food they paid there hard earned money for

Need to teach customer service. Kitchen and front counter not communicating with each other. Also the young man who took my order didn't listen to me and wrang up the order wrong. Plus never gave me the receipt.

Ordered 2 6 pieces Sweet and Smokey chipotle wings. The girl at the window was so rude when I told her the order was wrong. Asked me to pull up sat out front for 15 mins just for them to throw the plain wings in a different bowl like the pic. Paid 22.00 almost for some plain chicken.

We ordered chicken fingers and they were cooked too hard and cold it was too late for us to turn around and go back and complain 😑 Not sure if I will stop at this Popeye again.

Whenever we order, we are ALWAYS told to pull into a park because of something is being cooked fresh. When the food comes out 15 minutes later it’s cold. Customer service sucks. The inside floors by the front counter are always sticky. This store is to new to have horrible service and a dirty restaurant. I’m starting to think that the teenagers run it, and there is no management.

Service is slow and orders are usually wrong. Person taking order seemed to have an attitude so I won't go back.

9-7-2024 around 10 pm--I went to Flat Rock Rd store and we were served old red beans and rice. The smell from the bowl was horrible. This is a health problem for customer even eat here.
