I have received the wrong order in the drive through multiple times, today wasn't even busy but still waited over 10 minutes to get my food and wrong order again; soft drink had zero ice in it and the you d lady at the window barely gave me the food, I had to get out of my seat to grab it from here because she alligator armed it.

Every time I go to this one the service is awful. This is the last straw the employees got into an almost fight and they walked out leaving 2 people who couldn't even open the cash register. This is ridiculous and it looks like they all need to start over with new hire from the front to the back.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo and they gave me a Spicy one instead. They were out of tenders. The worst service. Best go over to the one on Veterans Parkway. At least the food was hot.

Never going to this location again. Friend picked me up ghost pepper wings and they smelled like actual garbage. I couldnt even eat them. Thought it was a fluke so went back today same order same smell. On top of that, took 20 minutes to get my order at drive thru. Noone had the decency to say hey ma’am waiting on fries it will be (insert time). Nope just told me to pull ahead. 20 minites later i had to go in store myself and the employee had the nerve to be upset with me that i asked how much longer. Then on top of it all they left our my apple pie. I should have left when I saw they had an 84 score. My bad. I will not make the same mistake again.

This is the worst Popeyes you will ever go too. The orders are constantly prepared wrong, the food is 50/50 as to whether it will even be warm, and the employees....man the employees. By far the laziest and rudest you will find.

The fastest I've ever gotten food in the drive-thru is 5 minutes. It's usually 10 minutes or more. One day I was the only person in line. It still took almost 10 minutes to get my food and it wasn't hot. And the big tackle box is a joke. We were so upset. We even asked if something was missing. The meal would only have gotten an infant full.
