The workers need to be trained on customer service. One worker had a scarf on her head. I clearly said no pickles on my sandwich, asked to pull up waiting on fries. Got home pickles on the sandwich.

45 minute wait on chicken at 8:30pm is crazy. I wasn’t offered any alternatives. Staff was friendly though.

1st time at this location would not go back. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and a 3 or 5 piece tenders. All of the food was lukewarm amd the buns were burnt. Noticed after we had pulled away. Would not recommend this location.

Made me wait 30min for spicy tenders ( that’s fine) but when I got home there were mild not spicy. And they forgot sweet heat. And the chicken was cold after a 30min wait??

This is the worst service ever. The employee spoke so loudly she gave me a headache, repeated my order then gave me something totally different, and gave me 5 packets of honey, that I didn't request and not one napkin. Simply pathetic.

There were only 3 employees the order took a crazy amount of time but was well worth the wait. All of the staff was pleasant and the manager let me speak with her. I told her for 3 employees they did an amazing job. My son said the food was excellent. They worked really hard for it only being the three of them. The manager should be proud very proud of those two. They did great. The manager had a great personality, very polite, & understanding. Sorry for my rambling just really impressed me.

Good morning, I would like to start off by saying I’m not one to make reviews on stores but this needed to be addressed. I am extremely disappointed by the sheer lack of effort displayed by the employees when I was waiting for approximately 20 mins for my order and when I actually went inside to see what’s the status of my order there was poor communication and when I waited for about 4 more mins inside the store they finally decided to acknowledge that I was waiting for my order a long time. I was getting a little irritated because of the fact that a total of 3 people from the drive thru got there orders (1 order had a chicken tender combo like me) before me when I was in front of them and 2 people from the inside got there orders as well. After standing around looking like a fool I asked for a refund and they finally decided to inform me that they JUST NOW dropped chicken tenders. After the fact I asked for a refund I was greeted with slow customer service and an overall poor experience. If I could give this place a -1/10 I would, but i can’t so I’ll give it a 1/10.
