Our waitress Taylor was smart. She was friendly. She was knowledgeable. She actually made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back to this location to see her.

I will start by saying that our server was kind. The poor service began with drinks. I ordered a raspberry lemonade, I was brought sweet tea. My husband was served expired beer. We waited 45 minutes for our meal, as did most of the customers who they sat in the back of the restaurant with us. While we sat we heard various customers complain about their service. Our meal was overcooked, our shrimp was rubbery. My crab legs were cold. My husband and I ordered a lobster baked potato each. A separate server brought one to the table. When we informed her that we had also ordered a second she verbalized understanding, yet never came back to deliver the second baked potato. This caused me to have no side with my meal. When we brought this attention to our server he brought me a lettuce bowl. No salad toppings just lettuce. Both my husband and I looked at the bowl and asked about the toppings. Our server stated they’re breaking down the kitchen. Finally we asked for the ticket. The $6 lobster baked potato that never showed up remained on our ticket. When we brought it to our servers attention he said he would correct it. He never did. We paid for poor service, cold food, expired beer, extended waiting time and incorrect orders. When the server saw that my husband was paying with a card the server asks why would you pay with a card? At this point red lobster needs to retrain the whole staff from front of the house to the back of the house. Too many poor customer experiences such as ours is what probably led to the chain’s bankruptcy in the first place.
Tim and Jamicia were outstanding, they really made the Valentine's Day dinner just an amazing experience! This was the first time I've been back to this location so ce 2014 because of bad staffing, but the Michelle, the head manager at the 13th Street location, and of course her AWESOME staff have renewed my faith in red lobster on 13th Street in Columbus Georgia. Thank you guys again and God bless you all!!!

Went Sunday 2/9 after church. Hostess went to sit us in the large dining room (which only had people at one table) and 3 tables were dirty apparently from Saturday night. No dishes on them just food & water stains, so she took us to the front dining room , had to pass up 2 tables by the windows for the same reason. We sat down & was told our waitress would be with us shortly, about 20 minutes I got up & asked the hostess if she would tell our waitress we were ready to order. Soon the hostess came to our table & asked if she could take our order, and we had no problem with it. She got our drink order & brought them quickly but said the biscuits would be done soon… really only about 3 tables occupied & this is after church time. Got our food & my baked potatoe was not done, hard & crispy asked if I could get one done. Most employees was sitting in a booth on their phones. The window sill by our table was thick in dust, base boards thick in dust & dirty tables every where… why does managers have them busy cleaning their sections is beyond me. I ordered Sailors Platter … food was cold when my fresh baked potatoe made it to the table. I spent $26.89 for meal & tip that I wish would of went to the hostess. My check #is 47756 & we was there at 13:47am per my receipt… I don’t expect anything, but it is beyond me how the manager doesn’t notice things & doesn’t hold employees responsible, and my friend went to the restroom & warmed us not to go! The restroom there use to be pretty & very clean! But, more than anything the owner isn’t aware things won’t keep going with the way it is. We love Red Lobster especially the one on 13th Street. But, sorry to say we won’t go back.
