10/10! Great service and chill atmosphere! Food was delicious and waitress was awesome. Taylor hooked us up and gave us a very generous amount of those cheddar biscuits. Best Red Lobster I've been too!🦞

Had some red flags but gave it a shot and will not go back. The service staff, greeter/seater and server were nice enough. The server messed up both orders. Since we had eaten a portion of our meal we told the server about the mistake and she agreed to fix it. We'll either her or the manager decided not to correct the error, believe it was the managers call. Eitherway, my worse eaten experience and will not recommend this place because if they make a mistake they don't fix it. Please eat elsewhere or best of luck. I paid, tipped and will not eat or suggest this location. Sad truth it was probably the management that made this whole experience be so bad.
For a point of reference, I have eaten at Red Lobster across the US about 30 times and eaten at this location once. This is the only not recommended I've given for a Red Lobster.
Hopefully this helps someone. Try the other location in Columbus not the 13th location.
