I have never received worse service than this red lobster location. $220 on my mom's Birthday and had to ask for the check, to-go boxes, crab legs, asparagus, crab topping, ranch, fries, and refills repeatedly for almost 2 hours. Yes, it took an hour and a half to get the check and to-go boxes. We finally got all the food right before the check. We didn't even eat because we were full from the app and biscuits since we had no other food the entire time. We also had to clear the table ourselves. Once we finally got the check, the server didn't bring our card back until 15 minutes later with another table's food. We have come here 3 times this month and will never return because of today's experience. I highly recommend "Jules" consider a new career. This isn't it girl. And playing ditsy when customers are clearly irritated at the incompetence isn't it either.

The atmosphere friendly and peaceful. My server was very atenative and gracious. The general manager constantly checked on myself as well all the other patrons to insure the quality of service as well their satisfaction.
Parking: The parking was well lit as well as spacious

As soon as we walked in we were greeted extremely well and friendly. Very kind and genuinely friendliness. Caring and not overbearing. Every one of the staff were truly awesome. They were nice and even told us facts about lobsters which was a pleasant surprise!
