You have a Dummy that works there ...that doesn't know the menu and doesn't know what brown butter sauce is.Please train your employees and review the menu with them.

This is the most dilapidated outdated Reb Lobster I've ever eaten at. I lost my appetite. The carpet is old and walls and decor does not live up to Red Lobsters brand. The manager should do a new updated renovation inside.

My Sister and I waited for nearly 15 minutes before we were greeted by a woman that obviously hated her job. She asked us to give her a few minutes and disappear. The place was almost empty but many of the tables had not been cleared from the last guests. Another 10 minutes passed and I called out "Hello".Another server came and apologized and asked for a moment. She looked around....walked around ..then asked if a booth and a half would be OK. I said sure that will be fine. She leads us to a small table in a passage way in the bar area where half the booth had been removed and a chair was sitting along with an extension cord speggittied around the floor and what I think was a vacuum cleaner. She took her foot and pushed the extension cord over to clear the floor path.We sat down, my sister took the chair because I had shoulder replacement the week before and the booth would probably be easier. The greeter/server placed our menu on the table and away she went. This table was so sticky the the menus pealed off the table. I took my finger nail and slid it a bit over the table and the sludge gathered on my nail. This is what happens when a table is wiped down with a soaked bar mop and left to dry on its own...We were not thrilled about much at that point except for the thought of the lobster. My sister and I were looking forward to getting out from being cooped up and having a wonderful meal of a big beautiful Lobster that most of us have enjoyed so many times at Red Lobster. We discussed asking the server to wipe and dry the table and perhaps a place mat when she came back. We waited another 15 minutes. We discussed where we could get good lobster then quietly and respectfully got up and left.We then went to the nearby Bone Fish and had a fantastic late lunch and were greated and treated as valued guest. I hope you can appreciate how hard it was to write this review without interjecting the true aggravation and irritation that we felt.

Worst curbside experience/meal! Waited 35 minutes after curbside attendant stated my order wasn't quite ready. No one ever came to curbside after that, had to call and ask if I needed to order an hour and half ahead of time to pick up curbside. Manager brought order out then, and I asked if extra sauce was with order. She said they put triple sauce on food. No extra sauce at all! Noodles completely dry. No extra parrot bay sauce. I won't be ordering again.

After my bad experiences at the 13th street one, I was dumb enough to go to this location. Had to wait to be seated because they had only one waitress who informed us they only had one cook. She seated us is one area where everyone else is crowded into, while the rest of the restaurant was empty.Ordered the crab queso dip, the waitress informed us they had no chips. It was 11:20 am, they just opened so how you not have any chips? We got our drinks and my friend's drink had chunks of food stuck on the inside of the glass! It was TOTALLY disgusting and my soda tasted as if it had no carbonation. The waitress replaced the drinks.I ordered the Admiral's Feast and it was hot, but the fried shrimp was extremely salty. I could not understand why they put salt on it.The only good thing about this place was the waitress. She was doing her best to serve all the people and was run ragged. I felt sorry for her and even though my meal sucked I left her a good tip.As we were leaving, walking through the crowd of people waiting for a seat since there was only one area to sit in, we saw other workers start to show up. It was almost 12:30 by this time. We passed by some ladies going in and told them they only had one waitress and there was a line. They told us for some reason it's always like this and they were sick of it also and they turned around and walked back to their car. At least I saved someone from wasting money and time at this place.Welp, I was dumb for actually giving Red Lobster another chance. They'll never see a dime of my money again in Columbus, Ga.If you want to run a successful restaurant then tell those rich CEOs who run it to pay people more so they actually want to show up to work, hire managers who have enough sense to look at what is a popular item and ensure enough products are on hand to fill customer's order. It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Lastly, hire quality people who work behind the scenes who actually ensure glasses are clean and can actually cook the meal properly.I'm surprised both locations are even still open because when I drive by their parking lots are practically empty.Don't go to either locations. Save your money and go to Bonefish if you want fish.

It was terrible! We waited 45 minutes to be seated, even though 2/3 of the tables were empty. After we placed our order, it was another 40 minutes before we got our food. They brought out the traditional cheese biscuits while we were waiting for our food but didn't bring us any plates or napkins with them. After they brought us our food, we had to ask for silverware. It was our 23rd anniversary celebration, and also where I proposed to my wife 24 years ago. What a huge disappointment! Horrible!

I have to say. The manager of this location is amazing. He was literally running to get my food that I ordered for takeout. The food was amazing and I'm very impressed with the service here.

Such a bad experience, Had to ask more than once for sauce and lemons. Ask for biscuits, was told they were in the oven, asked again (still oven) as we watch multiple baskets of biscuits go out. The food was alright but the entire experience was so bad ?

The atmosphere wasn't up to par. The floors and baseboards were very filthy, overhead lighting needed to be cleaned. The place needed a overall cleaning.

Went for early Valentines date. They brought my shrimp and steak first with the baked potato my wife ordered. Waited 10 more minutes for my wife's shrimp scampy and my potato. Steak was dry, tough, and overcooked (ordered medium). They didn't charge for my wife's food because we had to wait so long, but I would rather pay full price for a good meal than half price for a crappy meal.
