I have not been to Ruby Tuesday for years. We decided to go on Sunday 2/23/25 shortly after they opened. My first clue should have been the sign on the front of the restaurant was missing 2 letters! They had some kind of loud Rapp Music playing so loud you couldn't hear yourself think! The bathrooms were filthy, and the same loud music was playing there too. We walked in to sit at the bar and stopped to take a peak at the Salad Bar......they call it the Garden Bar now. The Iceberg lettuce looked like it had been out there for days! It was brown. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 drinks. Both came out wrong, and they had the same Crappy music playing at the bar too.......Not at all appealing to Grownups if you catch my drift! We finished half our drinks, paid the bill and left. Never to return!

Im a regular here. I love this location. ALL the servers and bartenders are great. Tania and April are my favorites, though they are all great. I frequent usually by myself. Food is good and the salad bar is a good choice. Always some type of special to take advantage of.

The cook that was on the grill side did a fanominal job on my 6oz rare steak ( it didn't need any steak sauce and so juicy) and the Cajun chicken pasta amazing 😋 THE CHICKEN WAS JUICY and other restaurants need to take notes on the Alfredo and breadsticks. Our server Christi was so sweet and helpful. My husband and myself fully enjoyed our experience.
The server sucked. Did not check in on us. No refills. I had to ask another employee for assistance for refills. I did see the server was very attentive to some of her section. One was her regular. The server told her to sit anywhere and she will take care of her. It was hardly anyone here and it took forever to get our food. I will say the food was good. But I will not be back because of service.

Me and my family went out to dinner tonight "The service was exceptional, our waiter Rachel was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations." everything about the service was amazing the food was fresh and the wait was no time everything went good I highly recommend this restaurant.
