The products sold at Sam's club Columbus GA are of good quality at good prices, Sam's biggest flaw is a total lack of customer service preparation, supervisors constantly do not give intelligent answers to customers who have some kind of problems If they are elderly, they make us understand with their actions and attitudes that we are stupid old people. Personally, I have been a Sam's customer for more than 20 years. I have the impression that management does not evaluate the staff and everything is done based on friendship or race, not intelligence.'

I love Sam's but at this location yall need to do something about people parking in the order pickup parking spots & going into the store. I had to make 5 loops around the parking lot waiting for a spot when 4 spots were taken by people going inside the store. It happens almost every time I have a pick up order.

A good varied and good value for bulk items. However, if looking for clothes for woman Sam’s carries such a poor selection. It always seems the men’s section always has more and better options. Other than that it’s good.
