Very rude and unprofessional at corporate and the store on victory drive..I'm disabled and the order taker didn't get that I wanted honey mustard with my meal and they slammed the drive through door and said I had to go around and order again and wait till I make sure they got my honey mustard cause they can't take money through the window like every other store in the world...then corporate hung up on me for the complaint..I have all transactions recorded.. including the employee calling me a crack head cause I'm disabled and can't keep going through the line and I need assistance in ordering.. definitely taking to court not ADA friendly.

Everytime I go to the victory dr (ColumbusGA) you are held up at the back window till your order is ready. I use to be a manager at a BK and this was a no no. You get your time down by your performance not cheating. It really don't matter what time of day it is either. It is so tiring I stopped going

Every time I try to go you wait 10 min for someone to acknowledge you and then they say it’ll be a moment and there is one car in line and this is how it usually is at the Opelika Burger King downtown fortunately Guthrie was next door just went where they wanted my service

Went through the drive thru at my local BK (Franklin Rd Lagrange) which years ago I worked at (now retired), ordered food for my family, but the lady at drive thru was Very, VERY rude. Now I may be older, but I don't deserve that. After giving my order, I got to the window, and there was no one there. I waited and no one ever came to the window. Someone else had pulled up and went inside to get their food and came out and said the manager running the window (drive thru), had abandoned their post and I was to go inside and reorder. When I did that, there was only one lady behind the counter taking front orders and the drive thru orders. I asked the manager's name and was told her name was "Cheesy" by an extremely over weight young man. This BK is now extremely ghetto, and is being run down badly by (Management) employees that obviously don't have a clue! Or have never been trained properly.
Something needs to be done about this, if anyone at your corporate offices even reads these or does anything to remedy. If not, I really don't care, I won't be returning to this BK ever again, nor will anyone I know, and I know a lot of local citizens.

How is it that you have a $5 duo special and you are sold out at your Carrollton location, cashier said we have no chicken or burgers for the special at 4:30 in the afternoon.

I went tonight... my bread was hard, my sandwich was made wrong, and my lettuce was brown but yet I paid $25 to get all of this! It is the one located on Hwy 280 in Phenix City, AL! I was highly unsatisfied!

You have rude employees at the Stadium Drive BK, I went thur drive though for door dash pick, the tall black guy in blue shirt started yelling 4 ice creams when we were trying to tell him pick up for door dash, we had to yell over his yelling, customer didn't getting their ice cream they wanted as ice cream machine was being cleaned before closing time and then the guy keep saying no ice cream as we tried to apologize for yelling, he threw the cookies into our truck.

Visited the one on Glynn Street in Fayetteville. Service was very very slow. There appeared to be no professionalism in the whole restaurant- waited an extremely long time for cold mediocre food. It appeared the workers were too busy playing and talking to one another than taking care of the customers. I have frequented this location on several occasions and it is the only one in our town- it was bad prior to COVID and now it is awful. I do not recommend that anyone eats there!

I just want to know why do the location on victory dr hold you hostage in the drive thru. Every time you go. Each time you contact corporate they say they don't know why they keep doing it.This time I took pictures of my order sitting in the window.I wish I could've done what I wanted too when I work there.

Burger King on South Park Street in Carrollton Georgia are so awesome and amazing and fabulous they have great customer service and definitely hot and delicious food and wonderful staff I would recommend everyone to try this location.

your restaurants need more plugins for people who have electronic devices as well as life-saving devices that can be used by heart patients who might need some assistance with their temporary heart pumps but you fail to do so for what reason to keep the loiteringdown in your restaurants that is still not a good reason not to have electrical hookups for people who have electronic devices sorry I went to McDonald's and then I also went to del Taco a w has these plug-in areas

Bowman road Macon Georgia.... Drive thru line was short but ridiculously slow. Finally got my order and drove back to work to discover it was the wrong order.I take it back up there explain the issue... Mgr. Justed rolled her eyes .... Gives me a new order..... Yep still wrong..... Third time's a charm right? Nope still not even close .... Told her to simply return my money. Not once did she apologize for the mix-ups. Guess I will add this restaurant to the list of no-goes...I would give it a no star but system will not allow

At first glance I thought this location was closed. The lot was very dark however I saw a car in the drive through so I pulled in. I was the only other car in the drive through when I placed my order. Service was slow, very slow, and while I was waiting for my order, I couldn’t help but to begin to feel this location is unsafe. It was very dark. No lights under the soffits on the building were on and parking lot lights all out on the drive through side of the building. No way would I send a family member or friend to this location. I drove by a week later and nothing had changed. Take some pride BK!
