You have rude employees at the Stadium Drive BK, I went thur drive though for door dash pick, the tall black guy in blue shirt started yelling 4 ice creams when we were trying to tell him pick up for door dash, we had to yell over his yelling, customer didn't getting their ice cream they wanted as ice cream machine was being cleaned before closing time and then the guy keep saying no ice cream as we tried to apologize for yelling, he threw the cookies into our truck.

I've managed places over 30years and I've never seen a company that undervalues it's employees a like their Burger King. Well my son at least. He worked for them over 1 year faithfully. He worked as a sanitor and was there on time EVERY DAY. I know this because I made sure he was on time and that he did not call out. He stayed past his shift every time they asked and came in early and on his days off every time he was asked. Only for him to get a call to start job corp while he was on vacation and yet they refused to pay him for the vacation that he was out on. He gave them commitment and loyalty and yet they gave him their behinds to kiss. Way to go Schuster Inc. If my son was to come back from Job corp I would never let him work for them again and I'd never advise anyone else to work there.

Visited the one on Glynn Street in Fayetteville. Service was very very slow. There appeared to be no professionalism in the whole restaurant- waited an extremely long time for cold mediocre food. It appeared the workers were too busy playing and talking to one another than taking care of the customers. I have frequented this location on several occasions and it is the only one in our town- it was bad prior to COVID and now it is awful. I do not recommend that anyone eats there!

I just want to know why do the location on victory dr hold you hostage in the drive thru. Every time you go. Each time you contact corporate they say they don't know why they keep doing it.This time I took pictures of my order sitting in the window.I wish I could've done what I wanted too when I work there.

Burger King on South Park Street in Carrollton Georgia are so awesome and amazing and fabulous they have great customer service and definitely hot and delicious food and wonderful staff I would recommend everyone to try this location.

your restaurants need more plugins for people who have electronic devices as well as life-saving devices that can be used by heart patients who might need some assistance with their temporary heart pumps but you fail to do so for what reason to keep the loiteringdown in your restaurants that is still not a good reason not to have electrical hookups for people who have electronic devices sorry I went to McDonald's and then I also went to del Taco a w has these plug-in areas

Bowman road Macon Georgia.... Drive thru line was short but ridiculously slow. Finally got my order and drove back to work to discover it was the wrong order.I take it back up there explain the issue... Mgr. Justed rolled her eyes .... Gives me a new order..... Yep still wrong..... Third time's a charm right? Nope still not even close .... Told her to simply return my money. Not once did she apologize for the mix-ups. Guess I will add this restaurant to the list of no-goes...I would give it a no star but system will not allow

At first glance I thought this location was closed. The lot was very dark however I saw a car in the drive through so I pulled in. I was the only other car in the drive through when I placed my order. Service was slow, very slow, and while I was waiting for my order, I couldn’t help but to begin to feel this location is unsafe. It was very dark. No lights under the soffits on the building were on and parking lot lights all out on the drive through side of the building. No way would I send a family member or friend to this location. I drove by a week later and nothing had changed. Take some pride BK!

Get the black hoodies out of the drive thru....very thug looking not to mention unprofessional. I visited 2 Columbus locations 3 times in two weeks and each time ...the black hoodie jacket greeted me at the drive thru.

Burger King on Bradley Park Drive at 1:00 pm. I drive up to drive thru. Lady was standing with her back to me as I pulled up waving her phone around in the air. She says this lane is closed you need to go to the next lane. I said why weren’t you turned around and directing traffic instead of playing with your phone. She says there is a wreck over there ( when I got around I did not see one. Anyway she told me she owned this Burger King and for me to leave. I stayed in line and was served but I was not given a receipt and my order was lost.

Training manager stole from me on 2 separate occasions. If she wasn’t yelling at me she was ignoring me. The district manager wouldn’t answer my texts or phone calls regarding the incidents. Also, after all this I finally walked out, even though I quite enjoyed the job.
