It's not worth it no more the food is bland for BBQ the sauce is a really sweet BBQ sauce with no other options on flavors food came out cold and fries were under cooked . My wife got the chicken tenders and said they tasted like old oil and flour. Not going back again

The food smelled amazing. I would have loved tried it but there was some really rude servers there really just one lady.
Being kind shouldn't be optional based on your mood.

I not sure what have happened within the last two years, but I was very disappointed with the food ,I had been there on several occasions with two different outside sales agents and the food and services was great, so yesterday I decided to take my wife to one of the the restaurants of choice , even though my wife act as though she was okay with where we had driven more than 40 miles to eat the the leftovers told it all.

I’m an over the road truck driver and I was in town for the night. This place was recommended to me by a couple local people and I was not disappointed. The food portions are very large, the meat was delicious and there was no fat at all. The baked beans and coleslaw were also very tasty. Next time I come through this way, I’ll be eating from here again. Thank you for a delicious meal.

Love the ribs

We were very excited to try this place! The atmosphere was so quiet, low-lit and comfortable. The service was TOP NOTCH. I ordered the pulled pork plate with fries & slaw. The meat was good, and the fries & slaw were great! We also ordered The Cowboy burger (cheese, fried onions, bbq sauce) and it did not disappoint.
We opted for the honey bbq sauce but may go with a darker sweet sauce next time.

I believe this will be the 4th restaurant in ten years i've ever given one star... the male manager probably early sixties, was one of the rudest and laziest people i've ever met. Everyone was busy in the kitchen and one girl was working the register. She did great. He just was scrolling his phone, taking up a booth and well, I'll leave it there, but after he finally got (7 minutes). He proceeded to almost cause a physical response for me. Such a good staff have such a terrible person there. This isn't my first time there, but it's certainly my last. DO NOT PICK UP IF UBER EATS, DOORR DASH, ETC... I drive in the evenings and He INSISTED YOU to sign the receipts where the tips are ( do not do this)... you can be convicted for fraud because he could write a tip in for their credit card... Avoid this place at all cost. Your job is to confirm it on your phone with the company you work for... He is asking you to risk your job. If you leave with your signature on that receipt, he can write in anything he wants, and you will be responsible, only use your app and know your rules. Stay away from this place. Those poor girls look miserable, and I know why. Ten years... less than 10- 1 Star reviews for restaurants. Over 2,000 contributions... HORRIBLE.

The service is friendly and polite, the food however is lacking. Hadn’t been there in a while but I know this food was no where near as good as before. The chicken is very bland & I was disappointed in the bbq chicken sandwich.

I wasn’t able to get out to go over to my favorite BBQ place and they don’t do online delivery orders so I decided to try Shane’s. Terrible mistake. There’s no way this meat was ever smoked for starters, next is the fact that the meat on the sandwich was straight out of the refrigerator. At least pretend you know what you’re doing and warm this mess up before peddling it off on people. Shame on any restaurant that charges these prices and serves such low quality trash. That’s where this $40 food order went, right in the trash. NEVER AGAIN….😡😡😡

When the fried okra is the best part of your lunch something is wrong. That was not macaroni and cheese. It was a noodle similar to macaroni in a bland cheese sauce. And now the chicken tenders…bland and tasteless. Thank goodness I had the bbq sauce to get what I could down. I’m not sure what happened because Shane’s used to be one of our favorite places. I will never go back.
