i placed an over the phone order for 3 dinner. for 1 dinner i ordered 12 wings and asked for half lemon pepper half hot. when i got home i learned i only had 6 wings half and half i was only charged for 6 wings so fair enough until... the wings were the driest wings i ever had; barely tossed in the hot sauce one side of the wings were completely bland. i called to make aware that my order was wrong and the lady who answered the phone and wanted to argue like i didn’t know/remember what i ordered! none the less, the ordering experience from the beginning was rude, she was taking the order very fast that she hung up before i was done. i didn’t sweat that either. however after not receiving what i asked for i did request that my tip be removed from the ticket so ill be sure im only charged what for what i received. i really liked your old staff never had any problems, not sure who yall have running the front now, but it should change!!

The customer service is non-existent!! Stop going here months ago because of the lack of customer service & an experience I had twice via the drive thru. Called in an order today (for someone else) and the person who answered the phone acted like I was bothering her.

The food is good there but my problem is this is the second time that I am late for work because of these people I called them at 5:13 PM and I was outside of Columbus like in Midland and they told me that my food would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes mind you I’m 40 minutes away I get there and they tell me that they’re still working on my order and I paid for it and I’m thinking like Wow they said 15 to 20 minutes so I’m sitting here 15 minutes and my order still isn’t ready so I get up and ask the lady where is my order She tells me that they’re printing thing messed up in the back and they didn’t get my order for me so I’m sitting there another 15 minutes when I have to be to work at 7 o’clock and I don’t get my food until 615. I really don’t appreciate that.

This is the worst sharks in Columbus, Georgia. I will go across town to another location before I ever give them $0.01 out of me again. The staff that they have working at night are the most rudest disrespectful people that they can have on staff. They will bring the whole establishment down never again
