I was disappointed. The fries were limp and the gizzards were not crispy. It may have been a bad day for them. It's clean and staffs are nice.

Rudest employees. I don't know why they are working there if they hate it so much. They literally do not want to help anyone!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this restaurant.

Garbage. 5 times they put me on hold and five times they eventually hung up. Do you want subpar service, ghetto attitude, and get jipped with tiny baby chicken tenders? If so, this is your spot!

I received excellent service, and help me pick out good decision on food.

Placed my order over the phone, sent my son to pick up our order. He got there and paid for the order, the girl said pick up for Andrew. Nothing was brought to the counter, it sat there for 45 minutes and never brought up. The place was busy, people came and went and my son, the only white dude in the place waited and waited politely. He finally asked about our order and the girl was surprised that he was still there waiting and oh we forgot. They didn't re make the order or the apologize. When my son noticed they did not include the ranch dip, he said I'm missing my 2 ranches, the girl walked to the fridge and gave him 1, he reminded her that he asked for 2, she rolled her eyes and got an attitude with him. He said they are all idiots and will never go here again! I called to speak with the manager, was placed on hold for 4 minutes and hung up on. So her I am leaving a content, and how that management fires them and gets better quality employees.

This place is great and the food is great too, like they say they are Not a fast food restaurant so bring your patience. Trust me it’s worth it !!!! Ms Michelle and her crew are always friendly funny and down to earth. Keep up the Great Job All Of You!

The girl working as cashier at 10 PM tonight is not welcoming. Did not greet anyone. More focused on her phone than customers. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the negative vibes is v unusual for Shark’s.
