The cashiers cursed me out because I asked about my order store attitude and profanity is ridiculous

Exceptional service, was willing to help with a positive attitude even though I came in just before closing. Food was great and customer service was even better!! I will be returning.

The catfish fillets are delicious! 😋

My husband and I came in the other evening to order some food waited for like 10 minutes for the young lady with the twist in her hair her customer service is bad because you don't do your customers like that . I was standing at the counter about to order my food and she answered her phone in front of me and just started having a conversation with ever was on the phone when I was trying to order my food she was still talking on the phone and when I got my food it was wrong she was more worried about that phone call just talking like I wasn't standing there that really upset my husband and I thought that was very unprofessional this ain't the first time I came in and she was on her phone it's been a few times and I haven't been back since that happened sad thing is I stay by milgen and miller Rd and I come all the way to Wynnton road to order my food because too me y'all are the best one around. I should have asked to speak to the manager because when you are working with public you are suppose to treat people like you wanted to be treated. I normally don't write reviews.

Fish, chicken and Cole slaw was some of the best I ever had however I would stay away from the desserts. Red Velvet (dry), Cheesecake (I would stay away from)

Worse fried chicken ever! Way overcooked and no flavor. Fries suck too...!!

Came to this establishment and had a call in order for a 6-piece whole chicken wing and shrimp fried rice when I got there to pick up my food I was unaware that I had to pay a dollar and some change for my shrimp to be added for each shrimp so I wanted to get a refund for the food and go elsewhere I was told that I could not get a refund it made no sense to me I got upset then they kept asking me how many shrimp did I want to add to my shrimp fried rice which makes no sense just put some shrimp in the rice but I still yet could not get a refund because I did not want the food by this time it's stupid to me that that's Even a rule and I can always go to McDonald's or Burger King and get my money back if I don't want the food it was dumb whoever owns this establishment needs to do better with their customers.

Hit and miss fish never seasoned they always looking for tips but don’t service right like something simple as putting a extra tartar sauce in the bag after u pay that quarter

I made a phone in order once arriving to the drive up window to the pick up my food I was given my total the lady then asked me if I was giving a tip. She not only asked just the one time she continued ask if I was tipping 4 times more. She is paid to work the drive thru and make sure I receive what I order. And not beg customers for tips. I’ve been a restaurant manager for over 33 years this behavior would not be acceptable in my restaurant. How annoying that she begged far a tip but never confirmed my order.
DO YOUR JOB AND STOP BAGGING FOR TIPS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!!!!!!!!!!
