You know I love welcoming service! Nice homey vibes. And the fish is flavored perfectly. I also got a side of crispy ,crunchy okra and golden fried green tomatoes. Yep, I'll be back!

All the employees are rude. Used to order here at least 1 time a week and tip but after my order was messed up and I asked for it to be fixed (she tried to tell me what I asked for)I won’t be ordering here anymore. Retrain your staff asap. They will be your reason for loosing money

Decided on eating fish with my mom and grab some gizzards for my daughter. Fish was too hard, and the gizzards, fries was cooked with badly used cooking oil. The taste was old from the grease. I thought it was a good choice, but not. I've have enough, looking for a tip, knowing that my 45.00 meal would be ruined, not a chance.

I've been going to this Sharks location for about 5 years, and I've never had a problem with ANYTHING, LIKE EVER!!! That definitely deserves a shout-out!!! And no matter what I order, the food is always hot and fresh. I also want to recommend the whole catfish plate and the cheesecake!!!

Exceptional service, was willing to help with a positive attitude even though I came in just before closing. Food was great and customer service was even better!! I will be returning.

My husband and I came in the other evening to order some food waited for like 10 minutes for the young lady with the twist in her hair her customer service is bad because you don't do your customers like that . I was standing at the counter about to order my food and she answered her phone in front of me and just started having a conversation with ever was on the phone when I was trying to order my food she was still talking on the phone and when I got my food it was wrong she was more worried about that phone call just talking like I wasn't standing there that really upset my husband and I thought that was very unprofessional this ain't the first time I came in and she was on her phone it's been a few times and I haven't been back since that happened sad thing is I stay by milgen and miller Rd and I come all the way to Wynnton road to order my food because too me y'all are the best one around. I should have asked to speak to the manager because when you are working with public you are suppose to treat people like you wanted to be treated. I normally don't write reviews.

Fish, chicken and Cole slaw was some of the best I ever had however I would stay away from the desserts. Red Velvet (dry), Cheesecake (I would stay away from)

Worse fried chicken ever! Way overcooked and no flavor. Fries suck too...!!
