By far the worse smoothie king I ever go to ITS ALWAYS BAD! Either they only take cash or exact tender…. The customer service is so horrible and you never can speak to a manager! This smoothie king is all over the place they really need to consider getting new management

This location is perfect to be able to stop & sit down to enjoy the Smoothie ordered. The team is working well together and they flow perfectly in quick service. I just wish the new brands of "flavors" (,Heavenly Blueberry) etc, would have current up dates on the signs for customers to see & try. I just love every smoothie drink that I have ordered so far, Iamnot to find of the Acia bowls though - cause it is not easy to eat being to icey & hurts the teeth / gums when engaging to eat. The smoothie drinks are Spot On! Which there was a Coconut type of smoothie in place (Coconut, pineapple & cream) ?

-Always mobile order, since customizations can get to be a lot at the drive-thru. Plus, rewards!
-Sometimes tastes wrong, but staff is good about remaking if you say what isn't right.
-Recommended to remove the turbinado sugar and stevia, since almost all smoothies have fruit juice concentrates and natural sugars.

I visited Smoothie King today, which was unfortunately my last time there. I usually use the drive-thru, but I brought a friend who wanted to try their smoothies, so we decided to dine in. When I asked to use the restroom, I was denied access, despite being a regular customer. The employee informed me that only the manager had the key and was not present to open it. I found this situation quite inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, my order was not provided to me by the person who sold the item and the employee seemed more focused on their music in the phone than on serving customers. So disappointed nevertheless ib am only one person so it want matter much to them .

Service was prompt. Lemonade was gritty like too many raspberry seeds However, I only took a few sips. I had a whole earring /nose ring in my cup. So glad I felt it on my tongue before swallowing. I have reached out to the location twice but no answer. Left vm. Website won’t allow me to reach them or fill out form. I feel very uneasy. I had a 20oz raspberry lemonade.

Great smoothies but the customer service is really shoddy. There's no point in using the app to pick up ahead of time. Like half the time I arrive to pick up I still have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to actually give it to me. Totally defeats the purpose of pickup orders. I get it can be busy at times but they'll straight up ignore you at the window.

To the comment asking me to send an email: nah. What else needs to be said? Improve your customer service!

Store has gone down after pandemic. Came in on 2/8/24 @ 8:40 before closing and no one ever said anything at the intercom... so I pulled up to the window to find the worker hiding behind the back door. Literally he peeked his head out wearing a khaki hat/ visor we made eye contact and he went back into hiding. Extremely
