Jaylen, who opens the store each morning is an awesome employee for this location! He is always very friendly, prompt and courteous when I go through this drive thru only location. I stop by 3-4 mornings each work week for my breakfast smoothie, and he has always offered incredible service. I wish there were more employees like him at every food service business! This Smoothie King location is blessed to have such a great young man as an employee.
My only complaint is that because I pay with a card, I don't get the option to tip him for offering such great service, as I never carry cash on me. At other Smoothie King locations in town, with inside service, I get the option to tip. Please figure out a way for us drive thru patrons to leave a tip for great service.

They made my smoothie just the way I like it and even gave me some great suggestions for other drinks to try. They both smiled the whole time and made me feel really welcome. I come to this Smoothie King store 2 times a week, and ALWAYS see the store mgr (Cassandra) working - Busy as a bee! With a SMILE on her face always. The people that quite on her are just "lazy" and do not have good work ethics (which is sad). This location pops out quick, tasty and great smoothie drinks all the time. If she had a good crew to "work" as hard as she does - and smile like she does (even in the hard times); then it would be easier for her to put her energies in have team meets and help build the business there. This location is really great in its service - because people always see Cassandra there! God bless her work ethics & commitment to this business!
