They need to clean up. I went 8:30 this morning and behind the counterparts was nasty. I guess it was hot water running on dirty scoops and I went to sit down and table was sticky and floors wasn't to clean. I wanted to cancel my order at that point but I paid with credit card. The smooth bowl was great.

Super disappointed. Little plastic pieces all throughout my smoothie. Had I not felt one on my tongue, I would have finished the whole smoothie. At first I thought it was potential pineapple shreds or something from the juice that’s added in, but it isn’t. It is 100% plastic or shreds from the cup mixed in.

Very unpleasant experience - smoothies were not good (weak and tasteless); food prep area was a mess and staff member handling smoothie making seemed disinterested while simultaneously engaged in other activities unrelated to providing customer service. Very disappointing after spending $25 which included a tip.

Always loved smoothie king . Such a great source of vitamins and fiber and protein . It can get pricey but if you take into account that some can be a meal replacement . For me it tend to be worth it

There was one young African American female employee that had a very bad attitude very bad customer service like she was very annoyed made my experience very bad it was my birthday I was only asking about the rewards but the other young lady was very nice I was going to just buy a smoothie because my rewards didn't work but her attitude made me just go down to tropical smoothies

It's 5:56 pm on a Saturday and the website says it's open until 9pm.
I was turned away saying they were closed. As I'm typing this several other people are being turned away as well! ?

Super disappointed with the service lately. 3rd time I come to this location and they don’t have one thing or another. How is it that they are out of bananas? Or açaí? Or pineapple ? These are some of the main ingredients in their smoothies/products.

Veterans Day smoothies were not good at all. My wife’s PB Chocolate was equally as bad. Not sure if these smoothies are marketed for taste and enjoyment or post workout. Either way we did not like them.
