There was one young African American female employee that had a very bad attitude very bad customer service like she was very annoyed made my experience very bad it was my birthday I was only asking about the rewards but the other young lady was very nice I was going to just buy a smoothie because my rewards didn't work but her attitude made me just go down to tropical smoothies

Veterans Day smoothies were not good at all. My wife’s PB Chocolate was equally as bad. Not sure if these smoothies are marketed for taste and enjoyment or post workout. Either way we did not like them.

Super disappointed with the service lately. 3rd time I come to this location and they don’t have one thing or another. How is it that they are out of bananas? Or açaí? Or pineapple ? These are some of the main ingredients in their smoothies/products.

The girl at the register was super sweet and very helpful. She even asked if I had any food allergies and they don't ask that at tropical smoothie. I think I'm going to be a regular customer here from here on out. I can't remember which one i got but I know it had pineapple in it. Awesome job.?

The smoothie itself was great. When I asked a question about the smoothie, I was told to look it up on the app. I used my card, other then telling me the amount due, no additional words were spoken to me, even when it was handed to me and I said thank you. 3 people were behind the counter and they spoke to each other during the transaction.
As a long time loyal customer this by far is the best location in the city. Always friendly faces!!! I can’t wait to see them each day.

We just tried to place an order. One young lady said hello. There was no one in front of us perhaps they were preparing to go orders? But how would we know when they didn't let us know that they would be taking our order.

Normally this is the only one of the Smoothie King's in Columbus who gets your order right, doesn't leave a bunch of ice chunks in the bottom, isn't selling the vitamins & proteins out the back door, etc... You know does the job correctly. Today I Ordered my usual Strawberry Pineapple Meta-Boost and it tasted like I went across town to Manchester. :-p. Horribly tart and like straight crushed vitamins. I tried stirring it and even adding non-sugar sweetener. I don't know what they did or didn't do but something went horribly wrong! Hope their fruit hasn't rotted or gone bad or something! I might try again later but this smoothie was a waste of money.

I think my Island impact had dairy in it. And no inside seating. 2 points off...the service was great I would visit again.
