Husband went and got me ice cream at 8:30. He said the person who took his order was very rude, loud and distorted (like feedback or an echo?). He ordered me a Large M&M Blast and the person taking the order didn’t even bother to answer, so my husband just sat there for five minutes then drove up to the window. Two words were exchanged and he paid then got the ice cream.
When he got home, I started eating it and not even a quarter way through and i find a massive chunk of plastic. Took another bite and found more SMALLER bits of sharp plastic. I had to toss it. So now my husband’s $7 short for a craving that wasn’t even fulfilled.
This is actually ridiculous. Who serves this to people ? Are y’all trying to actually kill me??? Like seriously, because this is how you kill people.

I’m cool with the service I usually order online, but the burgers… not sure if yall heard of it, but it’s called salt and pepper. It make food taste a lot better. Lol

Been waiting on my drink for over 10 minutes. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:44. I checked in my order said on its way however I still haven't received it yet. Several other customers has came and gone.. all I'm waiting on is one drink which should not require 15 minutes to make on a non busy night!! Here it is 11 and I still haven't received my drink.

First time trying sonic and I will not be going back to this one. I got a drink with bugs and grass in my drink, when I asked for a new one the worker gave me a very bad attitude and said nothing was wrong with it.
