How is this Location stilk open? 3 times in a row recently either the ice cream machine if "broken" or they are " out of ice cream " as well as other food items. Corporate closed the wrong sonic when they closed the victory drive location instead of this one. The whittlesey store doesn't have these issues. Also, drive through only posted on every stall? Whats the deal?

Sonic has great chili dogs. The bacon, egg, and cheese toaster is very good. They have good sweet tea. The tater tots are good. Mozzarella sticks are good.

don’t know the man’s name who brings the orders out, but he’s really sweet and considerate but i have ordered multiple times here (today i had a doordash order for 2 shakes) and it took AN HOUR FOR 2 SHAKES. every other time ive been to this location they take over an hour. once again very nice man who brings out the food.

I went to this Sonic not too long ago today, around 10:30ish I would say. I did an online order to be picked up at one of stalls before arriving to Sonic. The app said that my order should be out at 10:48pm. While waiting at one of the stalls, I noticed another customer waiting outside of the Sonic building at their door, trying to get an employees attention. Now, I went back onto my phone and I had an earbud in. Until, my mother-in-law got my attention because an employee was yelling something out to us. I couldn't hear the employee, so I rolled down my window. The employee repeated herself again, but i still couldn’t hear her again. While I was taking my earbud out, the other customer that was waiting outside told me what she had said. But the employee still repeated herself again (I can tell she was yelling this whole time when she was repeating herself and her body language looked mad). She yelled 'THE STALLS ARE CLOSED!'. I wasn't rude to her or anything. I simply let her know that I did make an online order. But she yelled at me again and said 'THE STALLS RE CLOSED! YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH DRIVE-THRU!'.Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I can understand jobs and customers can be stressful, but that's no excuse to speak to a customer like that. Especially when I was nothing but nice to her. (I don't know the girl's name, but all I know she was short, white, blonde hair girl with a ponytail.)Overall, horrible customer service!

This has been the second time that I have came to this location and each time, before I am finished, the young woman who was working them and tonight at 5:56 pm esT. Is RUDE… She does not have people skills and knows how to wait patiently until the person is finished staring their order. It’s rude and it makes me not even want to come to this location again
Delicious BLT and fresh squeezed tasting lemonade from fast friendly staff on Manchester Expressway location. 2 to 4 pm 1/2 price drink was an added bonus.
