Sonic Drive-In

Always hard to get in and out on the weekends. Eight cars deep at the drive-through, and squeezing my vehicle into the tiny stalls to order is a challenge. Pressed the red button to order, didn't get a response in five minutes. Online app is way easier, but you still have the problem of getting in the lot.

The Sonics on Milgen Road, Columbus Georgia the employee was rude and refused to make a sonic blast. She stated: " I am not making those right now " We left and went somewhere else.

The service was terrible, and there is literally one car in the drive-thru... said they were overwhelmed and down to only "12 people". I don't think 12 people even work here. This place is a joke. Jobs are hard. I work three of them.This is just a badly run restaurant. Wait times are expected at sonic, but having this service is just a disappointment to the company.

Waited over 10 minutes for a sundae. Just pay the extra bucks and go to Dairy Queen.

Why are Sonic's bathrooms closed they're locked it has a public symbol on at the door but they're saying that they are not open for the public

They served me and brought my food outside even though I had no car.

Can't take orders right. For a industry demanding 15 bucks a hour. They are not smart enough to do there simple job.

Huge shout out to Rachel and the rest of the management team at Sonic. I’m visiting from New York, and went to Sonic in Columbus, GA to pick up lunch for my son and his gf. Let’s just say that there was a mishap, that was nobody’s fault but my own and the cup manufacturer lol, that affected my brand new rental car. Manager Rachel could not have been any nicer, or more accommodating and professional. She went above and beyond to help and do right by me, even though she didn’t have to. She was also kind and caring beyond a level that I’m sure is part of her job description. If it were up to me, she’d be getting a raise and promotion for providing such amazing customer service! Thank you again, Rachel and to Sonic, for hiring such a wonderful individual.

Didn't get my order right. The secon
d burger was wrong also. Was not allowed to use the bathroom. I was told that it was for employees only. It was an outside access bathroom. This was the first time I was denied use of a Sonic restroom. Is this now a norm??

Very reasonable prices and delicious food. I especially liked the tater tots. Customer service is great and I enjoy their hamburgers and they have drink specials in the afternoon. Be sure to check it out
